1. very good location. 2. Friendly staff. 3. very helpful staff. 4. room key always not working/malfunction. 5. 1st day enter the room, floor was very dirty. they swaeep it but never moped before. I moped clean it myself and they look at the towel totally black in color. replace it for me.

The hotel is right across from Patong Beach, and it's about a 15-minute walk to Central shopping mall. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean, and the staff provides excellent service. The downside is that the soundproofing in the rooms is quite poor; at night, you can hear other guests being loud and constantly slamming doors. Also, the breakfast area is about a 2-minute walk outside the hotel, which is a bit inconvenient.

Spectacularly beautiful looking property, 100% neat and tidy all the time. big beautiful swimming pool with bar in the center, separate section for kids, one end to another end 4ft to 7ft height depth for the pool, necessary pool accessories freely available and motor related accessories made available through vending machine. steam room was the highlight for me in this property. after my time in the pool, I had been through shower room and found steam room available to use free of cost. then I went for spa facility available inside the property.. and a lovely relaxed time here. then my room had bath tub... had nice soaked shower experience. this property has a to z everything available, you just need to ask for it. hospitality and staff support was awesome... polite professional. this property is close to all the local attractions near by in 5 to 15mins of walk. r mar is my go to place in phuket Thailand. I highly recommend this place to my family a d friends.
