1. very good location. 2. Friendly staff. 3. very helpful staff. 4. room key always not working/malfunction. 5. 1st day enter the room, floor was very dirty. they swaeep it but never moped before. I moped clean it myself and they look at the towel totally black in color. replace it for me.

The hotel is right across from Patong Beach, and it's about a 15-minute walk to Central shopping mall. The rooms are newly renovated and very clean, and the staff provides excellent service. The downside is that the soundproofing in the rooms is quite poor; at night, you can hear other guests being loud and constantly slamming doors. Also, the breakfast area is about a 2-minute walk outside the hotel, which is a bit inconvenient.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent — the location, the cleanliness, The service exceeded my expectations, and I truly felt comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again

Room lights is dim. No toothbrush in toilet but when we request, hotel provided. Nice room and view. walking distance to many areas and Patong beach. Near nightlife and many massage shops. Overall good. Price is good. Counter staffs very polite and warming.
