This trip was beyond imagination, even though I didn't see the blue flame on the day I went. The vehicle was comfortable with ample legroom, and Mr. Rudi was a gentleman and punctual. If you like swimming, the hotel has a pool. Also, when we departed at 11:00 PM, the hotel packed the rice that we didn't redeem the coupon for in time, and Ms. Judi brought it to the car. It was very impressive. I encourage everyone to try this experience once in their life. Watching the sunrise at Mount Bromo is not difficult, but at Ijen, the path is quite steep for a long distance. I recommend being in reasonably good physical condition.

The Bromo tour was one of the most beautiful sights I have ever seen in my life, and every moment felt surreal and unforgettable. Although it was raining on the way from Surabaya, we were lucky to arrive at King Kong Hill under clear skies, allowing us to enjoy the full view. We also had the best driver and a wonderfully kind guide who made the whole journey even more comfortable and enjoyable. The entire experience was so perfect that I have absolutely no regrets choosing this tour. 참고로 쌀쌀은 했지만 엄청 춥지는 않았고, 한국 가을 날씨 정도로 느껴졌습니다~ (11월22일 기준) I was especially grateful for our guide, Melati, who made the experience even more enjoyable. She was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and talented guide. She guided us perfectly and showed us the best spots. She also took amazing photos for us, helping us create memories. If I ever visit Bromo again, I would love to join her tour once more. Thank you so much, Melati!

Private car charter means no need to share a ride with others! The tour guide was very nice and helpful, and gave us a lot of flexibility. We weren't rushed, and we could take our time taking pictures at each location. There was a second guide to lead us on the Ijen volcano hike. He was very experienced and even helped us down the crater to see the blue fire ????.

We really enjoyed our Bromo trip and our tour guide, Riza, made it even better! He provided everything we needed — thermal blanket, heat pack, waterproof phone case — you name it! Super attentive, friendly, and fun, always checking if we were comfortable and helping us get the best photos and viewpoints. The restaurant that we’re taken also serve the best food. Hello, I'm Korean. I came to Malang for Bromo, but the waterfalls were also the best. Seriously the best. The greatness of nature... a continuous spectacle. The driver and tour guide led and took care of me from the front and back. The whole tour was amazing and I was happy. Don't lose your romance, everyone!

Had such a great time on this tour! From the point of booking, the entire team was very helpful and friendly. This was especially because the original tour listed on Klook was from Malang. But they managed to arrange for us to be picked up from Surabaya instead and making adjustments to the itinerary as necessary. The team that were down on the day itself was even better! Adi fetched us promptly Surabaya and patiently waited for us to be back after the tour at Bromo to send us back. The tour at Bromo itself was exceptional! We had Sandi as our main guide and Mr Dika as our jeep driver. They were so friendly and nice :’) answering any of our questions and helping us take photographs. Thank you for the fantastic team, Sandi, Mr Dika and Adi :) The tour itself was quite worth it. They brought us around Bromo and we even got to ride a horse up to the crater. The pit stops were also quite fun just to see Mt Bromo from different angles. ^_^

Had an amazing 2D1N trip to Bromo and Ijen. The blue flame was unfortunately not available due to local conditions, however seeing and walking into a volcano crater, admiring the blue lake & mountains nearby is already a mesmerizing experience. Tour guide Rizky and his driver had everything arranged so the whole trip went without hazzle 👍🏻

The tour guide speaks Chinese very well, but not very well spoken. I thought he was a shy Chinese, but I found out he was a local after asking. The communication was basically barrier-free. He accompanied us throughout the trip, supported us in climbing the volcano, helped us find the popular camera positions, took the initiative to record us and took beautiful photos for us.
