Cameron Highlands

The experience was well organized, enjoyable, and informative throughout. Our tour guide, Mr Safuan, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and very kind. He shared a lot of interesting information and made everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. We really appreciated his warmth and professionalism. Highly recommended.

As a European traveller, I personally found the first two stops of the tour less engaging. The real highlights of the day were the authentic lunch at the golf course and, the visit to the tea plantation in the Cameron Valley Highlands, which is the main reason to join this tour. The organisation was excellent: the bus arrived on time, the seats were spacious and comfortable, and the driver drove very cautiously, which was much appreciated. The air conditioning was quite cold for us, as we are not particularly used to it, but this is of course a minor point. Our tour guide, Sasi, was outstanding — professional, knowledgeable and clearly proud to share his Malaysian heritage. He struck a great balance between being informative and entertaining, often adding humour while providing historical background and context to the places we visited. Overall, this day tour is highly recommended for travellers who want a good introduction and a glimpse of the natural beauty of the Cameron Highlands.

Pleasant experience, hassle free...guide is friendly and itinerary is adjustable based on weather condition. Overall it is worth it...perhaps if the price of package to included for admission ticket will make things even easier....However, i am satisfied with the arrangement and thanks for making my trip enjoyable and stress-free

Guide, Bobby, was really nice and friendly. When we requested to not visit the butterfly and bee farm, he was okay to adjust to our requests. He was also considerate to my mum’s limited mobility and offered to drop and pick us at the top of the Boh Tea Centre (usually people have to walk down to get to the carpark). Lunch at the golf course was okay as well, just that there was no lift to the restaurant on the 2nd floor and there were houseflies (so can bring some repellent to let them stay away - i used axe oil). Though one thing to note, itinerary mentions that 1800h return, but in actual fact, we left Cameron around 3pm and reached our hotel at 7pm.

Wilson was friendly, informative and flexible. We were able to see and do all that we wanted. Early start paid off at venues - we beat the crowds. Thankyou for a good day out!

Having Ram as our guide in the Cameron Highlands was an absolute treat. He picked us up right on time and took us first to the stunning Mossy Forest — truly a magical place. Then we visited a beautiful tea plantation, a lovely garden, explored a local market, and even got to try the region’s unique strawberry coffee. Everything was perfectly organized, comfortable, and tailored to what we wanted to see. Ram was a great conversationalist, an excellent driver, and incredibly professional throughout the day. We’d definitely book with him again! 😊

Today the jam was bad and bad weather. Our driver and guide Mr Ghanesh was a wonderful man. His experience guided us through and we are able to get through to the attractions one way or another. Thumbs up! And Good wishes to you Mr Ghanesh!

We had a wonderful experience 🙂 The trip from KL took about 3.5–4 hours with a few short stops. We started with a scenic rainforest trek up Bukit Teresek — doable for most people, though a bit challenging for elders. Two from our group did half of the trek but fully enjoyed the rest of the day. After the hike, we had an exciting rapid shooting boat ride, visited a local tribe, and enjoyed a tasty local lunch. In the afternoon, we took a relaxing boat ride to Lata Berkoh. From there, it’s a 20–30 min forest walk to the rapids — easier, peaceful, and we got to do it in our pace. Also we could have swim there if we wanted. Even though we didn’t see many animals, the rainforest itself was stunning. The whole day was perfectly organized and full of great memories.

I was very satisfied with the private tour. We could shorten the time at attractions we weren't interested in, and we also stopped for breakfast and bathroom breaks along the way. Aside from the Rose Garden and the Bee Farm, the rest of the tour was great. The waterfall and BOH Tea Plantation had beautiful scenery. Be aware that the journey to and from takes about 3 hours each way and the roads are winding. If you're prone to dizziness, it's best to take motion sickness pills. The driver was very experienced and knew the roads well.
