Transport in Narita

I booked the Keisei Skyliner through Klook and the whole experience was smooth and convenient. After clearing immigration and picking up our luggage, we simply headed down to the train station inside the airport. Exchanging the ticket was very easy, just scan the Klook QR code at the machine, choose your preferred date and train time, and the physical ticket prints right away. One important tip: avoid selecting a train that departs too soon. The system won’t allow you to choose a time that’s within about 10 minutes from your exchange, so make sure to give yourself a comfortable buffer. Overall, the process was quick, reliable, and perfect for travelers who want a stress-free transfer from the airport to the city. Highly recommended!

Very easy to use, dont queue at JR East ticket office in the B1 of Airport terminal, just go directly at the ticket machines. Once redeemed using QR, you need to use the tickets you just got in the ticket machine again to reserve seats. 1h 22m to Shinjuku, there is a 7-11 nearby and you can get a bento so that you have something to eat for the long journey.

Very value for money for traveling back and forth around Hokuriku region, Osaka, Kyoto, Tokyo metropolitan JR lines and trains to Haneda and Narita airport for 7 consecutive days. Frequent trains from Nagano to Tsuruga so it is very convenient if we only want to satisfy food and drinks cravings from the next city and return after a couple of hours! Quick and easy seat reservation process, otherwise if one is in a rush it is also easy to just hop on the non-reserved seat cars. Will deffo get again if I am back in the area.

Driver was the best driver so far we have tried here in Japan during our private transfers. He was very friendly, helpful and polite. Best thing was the car was so clean, and in superb condition. Driver also prepared seat booster for my kid so we had a very nice and comfortable trip going back to our place after a tiring but fun day at Disneyland. I highly recommend this for othet tourists going to japan with kids and senior citizen.

It was very easy to use the pass, we exchanged it for the actual pass/ticket when we landed at Narita airport, and we immediately used it on our way to Nagano. Since the pass has a validity period of 5 days, whereas we stayed for 7, we had to pay extra for the 2 additional days. We did not purchase any passes anymore since going on a per-train basis was more economical. When in doubt about the pass use, you can always ask the friendly JR staff at each station. We definitely saved a lot by using this JR pass.

I bought this 6-day Tohoku-South Hokkaido Rail Pass to explore Hokkaido, and it paid for itself with just the round trip from Tokyo to Hakodate, so it's very useful. However, be aware that this pass offers different benefits compared to the 5-day JR East Pass; this 6-day pass doesn't include JR buses. As a result, we had to pay extra for the highway buses from Morioka to Miyako and from Kuji to Ninohe, which wasn't cheap.

very convenient and straight forward to use. just remember to take the correct elevator to reach the ground level. look for the elevator which is for buses/ chartered buses. the buses have a washroom on-board as well!

A good option for red-eye flights or those traveling with elderly or young children. Narita Airport Bus Stop 16 is located just a short walk to the left from the exit. Show the QR code to the staff, then line up and wait. The driver will help load your luggage, and passengers can take any available seat. The bus ride is about 2.5 hours to a rest stop, where there's a 30-minute break. You can use the restroom or buy something to eat for the ride. After that, it's about another hour's drive to the Prince Hotel West Wing lobby. 👍🏻
