My stay at The Apurva Kempinski Bali was truly unforgettable. The resort’s architecture is breathtaking, blending traditional Indonesian design with modern luxury. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional—staff were warm, attentive, and always ready to assist. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning ocean views. I especially loved the infinity pool overlooking the Indian Ocean—it’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The breakfast spread was extensive, with both local and international options that catered to every taste.

The staff was very professional and kind. We enjoyed the stay. However, the room smelt a little bit damp when we first entered I would suggest to future guests to stay at the cliffside tower. it’s closer to the pools and the sea

I had a wonderful stay at Manuver Surf and Stay. The combination of a great location, clean facilities, and exceptional service made my experience memorable. It’s a perfect place for surfers, couples, and travelers looking for a cozy and relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again in the future.

We booked two connecting rooms. The rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious with many options. Unfortunately, we only stayed here for two days; we really wanted to extend our stay, but we already had plans elsewhere. What was amazing is that this resort cleans twice a day (morning and afternoon), and we also received extra mineral water. Thanks for that! The complimentary keychain was very nice. Unfortunately, when I checked out at the front desk, I requested another one but couldn't get it because I couldn't wait too long. My suggestion for next time is to stock them at the front desk so that if a customer suddenly requests one, it can be given immediately without a long wait.

The place is really nice, it's so peaceful. Staffs are so friendly & helpful. We commend Harry above all. He entertained us really well; he's so approachable & easy to talk to, really attentive to our needs too. Good customer service.
