An extremely pleasant trip! Tour Guide: First of all, a huge shout-out to our driver-guide, Mr. Duan. As someone from a low-altitude area who frequently gets carsick, I didn't get motion-sick even once despite the countless mountain switchbacks. His driving was extremely smooth and gave us great peace of mind! Not only is his driving top-notch, but he is also very humorous and thoughtful. He anticipated many situations for us, and thanks to his advice, we didn't experience altitude sickness. Good physical health is an essential guarantee for an enjoyable trip! Highly, highly recommended! Accommodations: The value-for-money tour definitely delivered on its promise; every hotel was arranged very reasonably. My absolute favorite was Jianglv in Wunongding—it's the kind of place I would come back to stay at again and again. Itinerary: The entire process was very friendly for hiking beginners. It allowed us to experience the wonders of nature without being overly exhausting. For someone who has never been to Shangri-La, just a few days were enough to experience so much of its charm. If I had traveled on my own, I could never have had such a seamless experience. The planner and all the staff in the group chat were very attentive. Thumbs up endlessly! I will definitely choose KLOOK in the future to experience even more new journeys! I'm already planning to try some more advanced itineraries next time, haha 🤣 (The platform only allows 6 photos, which is far from enough to express everything. We were extremely satisfied with this trip. The travel agency was very responsible and responded quickly; they also arranged special requests very promptly. All the luxury hotels we stayed in were very clean, and the soft furnishings were beautiful and antique. We were also particularly pleased with our driver, Master Li*Bao (Yun P93466). As a local, he has a deep understanding of Yunnan and was able to introduce us to various unique aspects of Yunnan and its ethnic minorities at any time. He was very friendly and enthusiastic. The commercial vehicle he drove was also very comfortable, and his driving skills were excellent; even though we had long journeys, we never felt uncomfortable. The daily schedule for attractions and outings was very reasonable. Overall, I would recommend the luxury private tour.

the driver is very good. he very particular about the time. because in the morning, we need to take turn for the toilet 😂. Then he seems fierce but he actually concern on our time to spend for the whole trip. At the blue moon valley, we need to purchase the ticket there, he guided us to the counter explained to us on how the route and check point for electric car because he was not joining us. Then again, he remind us about the time because we need to go to cable car for Yulong Mountain by 11am. We actually got so caught up with the beautiful scenery and almost past our time. There are too many beautiful spot that for photographs but we have time constraints. Fortunately, our driver checked on us and guide us via WeChat where to go and we arrive at cable car by 11.30am. There, he guided us to the check in gate. During our time at Yulong mountain, the mist is thick and it is so cloudy that we cannot see the mountain peak. And lesson learnt here, please make sure you eat before going up.

Smooth and hassle-free experience from start to finish. All tickets and cable car access were pre-arranged, saving lots of time queuing. Perfect choice for first-time visitors to Lijiang.

Master Shen is reliable and meticulous. He arranged for complete equipment and constantly reminded us of important details. Blue Moon Valley is beautiful and great for photos. Although there were some altitude sickness symptoms when ascending Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, fortunately, Master Shen had us bring an extra oxygen tank, so we still managed to climb to 4,591 meters. Highly recommended!

This one day tour was a great experience for me and my husband - absolutely breathtaking scenery. The itinerary is well planned, with many scenic rest stops to take photos, grab a snack and use the bathroom. Our driver Mr Li was very professional and friendly and made the trip relaxing and enjoyable.

Sister Zhang was wonderful; she took great care of us throughout the trip, especially since we were traveling with elderly family members. She explained the tour route to us in detail and even proactively refunded the senior citizens' ticket fees (admission is free for those over 70). Since we had an early start, she also took us to Ganhaizi to take some photos, which was fantastic!
