【KLOOK Selection】Lijiang Jade Dragon Snow Mountain 1-Day Tour

The tour was very well arranged, with Tom coordinating everything through WeChat. The driver picked us up early at 6.30am to avoid the crowds. First, we went to pick up the oxygen bottles before proceeding to the first location, blue moon valley, reaching at approximately 7.15-7.30am. En route, we saw huge crowds queuing for tickets. Once we reached blue moon valley, the driver did not follow us in but gave us very detailed instructions on what to do. We also paid for the mini shuttles to bring us around (~40 yuan). After that, we were supposed to meet the driver at the tourist centre but as the rest of my group have not returned, my guide instructed me to head up to the mountain first. Again, he sent specific instructions and the QR code which will be used for the cable car rides and the Lijiang impression performance. Overall, the itinerary was well-planned and there were sufficient time for us to explore the places on our own and the whole process was seamless.

Service very good and nothing to complaint. They will contact you earlier to arrange pick up location and explaint very well about the activity. Driver very good, punctual and helpful. Don't worry about communication because driver will guide you via we chat and bring to the point to take a bus, cable car and drop off location. They provide mineral water, oxygen bottle and comfortable transport. Very recommended for the services👍👍👍👍👍

The coordination and arrangement of pick up was great and timely. Driver was great and guide us along the trip. Disappointment with the rainy weather up the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain that day but all others was great.

Although the driver did not really speak English, he was very responsible while not being too pushy, as we left the hotel later than scheduled. Although weather conditions were not ideal as it was foggy, the trip was still nice. Do note that there are a lot of steps, hence not ideal for prams.

Very well planned and executed trip, ensuring we hit every attraction with ample time to explore. Staff is extremely helpful and informative, and we had a great time compared to others who complained about their tours. Would highly recommend this tour for those looking to beat the crowd at Yulong snow mountain.

1) Shuttle Arrangement: The vehicle and travel time, as well as the pick-up and drop-off locations, were well arranged. 2) Itinerary Arrangement: The itinerary arrangement was clear and simple. When problems arose, the Klook team's guide and driver were able to respond and share information immediately. 3) Time Management: There was ample time for sightseeing and lunch, and the time management for shuttle buses, cable cars, and each attraction was clear. 4) Support Services: Water, oxygen cylinders, and warm clothing were prepared, eliminating any worries. 5) The Klook team's service staff were attentive and friendly, and worked diligently to arrange the details of the itinerary.

Great experience. Itinerary was just nice. Guide did not follow us up to ticketed areas, but it would be suitable for those who are happy to explore on their own.

Since our accommodation was near the South Gate, we were picked up around 6:30 AM. After picking us up, we then picked up another group before heading out. Our female guide was incredibly kind and provided excellent assistance, thanks to whom we had a wonderful tour. As lunch wasn't included in the package, we used McDonald's and KFC separately. The day I went, there weren't many people, so we were back near our accommodation around 3:30 PM!

Everything were well planned and in accordance to the timing. Transfer and pick up was on-time as well. I would recommend the tour for the its convenience and it covers all if not the most essential parts of LiJiang. Participants have the freedom of getting their own lunch and self-paid for additional transport option during the tour. But overall it was a nicely organized tour.

Our driver 净心 is friendly and thoughtful, although she didn’t follow us up to the attractions, her instruction given is very clear and easy to understand. She picked us up at foot of our hotel lobby as it’s just beside entry to Lijiang ancient city, drove us to cableway and we off to go. Cable way journey up is a little shaky but the view is okay, it’s a little cloudy at times but we got still see the snow mountain when the cloud disappear. It was not as cold as we though at the cableway exit, personally felt colder when we was walking from the carpark to the cable car station. Next up we went to blue moon valley, this is 100/10, super beautiful and you can see many taking pre wedding photos. we paid extra for the electrical tram 40 yuan each as we don’t wanna walk much, it’s 4.8km from 1 end to another. We skipped the complementary lunch as from reviews and our driver said that don’t bother. After filling our belly, we went to Lijiang impression show, it was meh for us.
