The coordinator of the local tour operator, Maggie got in touch with us early before the trip, & created a chatgroup to facilitate communication. She also provided detailed information of the arrangement one day prior to the trip. The tour guide, Raymond Lao is very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. The pick-up & return to hotel, & between the attractions were smooth & seamless, & the transport vehicle was spacious & comfortable. The natural attractions are panoramic & spectacular. Highly recommended for nature-lovers, who are able & do not mind some walking & stairs-climbing, & do not fear heights.

we had Mr. Raymond Lo as our guide and he was incredible. he spoke great Cantonese/Mandarin/ and to his humbleness his English pronunciation was also great. The company communicated with me very promptly within 24 hours of me booking this excursion. worked with me to create a tailor made itinerary and we got to see SO much with the private tour option. Mr. Raymond was prompt with his driver arriving at my hotel. he kindly waited until my family finished breakfast before embarking on our tour. he was so knowledgeable about every location & history, took us to places that wasn't as crowded. he was very accommodating to my mother in law. he was considerate and always suggest we use restroom. he recommended great local eats and classic desserts hall along the way. we saw a street stall and he was kind enough to wait for us to get our food. at the final destination, Raymond even walked us to our dinner location, so we don't get lost. he has gone above and beyond for us and I am so greatful!

Great experience! the tour guide was awesome, although the tour waa in mandarin, my friend was able to help translate most of it. Some stops offer a translation ear piece while walking around museums and landmarks

It was knowledge enrichment for our family in the 2 hour tour at Chan Clan Academy with our guide, Cecilia . She was punctual and engaged us right from the start. Her knowledge was impressive and her ability to explain clearly and effortlessly in English, Cantonese, and Chinese was awesome . She also had a great way of putting historical details into a modern day context, which made everything easy to understand and very relatable. She was passionate, engaging, and genuinely enthusiastic throughout. There was absolutely no hard selling, just sincere sharing and storytelling, which we really appreciated. A very authentic and pleasant guide. We’ll definitely look for her again on our next visit. 👍

Janey was a very friendly and knowledgeable guide to lead us to shunde and Foshan to show us what were the local specialties and delicacies. She was also very accommodating to allow us time for shopping and braved the hot sun with us in the walk. She walked with us at every point and explained the different characteristics of each place and also very caring to understand our plans during the remaining days of our stay in Guangzhou so that she could advise and recommend us places worth going or to visit and take photos. The driver was also accommodating to our request for toilet stops during the journey and ensured a safe journey during our trip.

Our Shunde/Foshan one-day highlights tour was fantastic, with a well-organized itinerary that was both fulfilling and relaxing! First, a big thumbs up to our driver, Master Tong! He was always on time for pick-up and drop-off throughout the day, and his driving was exceptionally smooth. Special praise for our tour guide, Cindy! At Qinghui Garden, she not only explained the ingenuity of Lingnan architecture in a lively and interesting way, but also reminded us to watch our step, showing great attention to detail. At noon, she took us to an authentic restaurant recommended by CCTV, where we enjoyed the most authentic roasted goose, double-layered milk custard, and Chencun noodles. Every dish was a delight. In the afternoon, we first visited the Huang Feihong Memorial Hall, where the exhibits were fascinating, allowing us to appreciate the legendary demeanor of a grandmaster. To our surprise, the memorial hall arranged a lion dance performance, which was simply amazing! Afterward, we arrived at Nanfeng Ancient Kiln. It is not only a well-preserved Ming and Qing dynasty kiln site but also a living "ceramic fossil." Surrounding the ancient kiln is an ancient village and cultural and creative block full of Lingnan charm. It recreates the living scenes of potters in the old days, with various pottery workshops, artist studios, and creative shops scattered throughout the alleys. Over the course of the day, we had fun, were satisfied with the food, and learned a lot. There was no forced shopping or rushing, and the timing was just right. We really appreciate the driver's safe transportation and Cindy's wonderful explanations and service, which left us with a beautiful and profound impression of Shunde and Foshan! Highly recommend this tour and this thoughtful guide!
