• 🕘 Private Schedule Arrangement The standard departure time is around 8 AM. The trip usually ends around 5 PM, and you will be returned to your hotel. During peak holiday periods, it is recommended to depart earlier to avoid crowds and enjoy a more comfortable journey.
• ⏳ Private Service Duration Reminder Please note that our total service duration is controlled at around 9 hours. If overtime service is required, corresponding overtime fees will be charged, and the specific details will be communicated and confirmed with you before the trip.

[Rafting Precautions] Rafting age and height restrictions: Children under 1.2 meters, women over 55 years old, and men over 60 years old are not allowed to participate in rafting.

1. Rafting is sure to get you wet, so please bring extra clothes. It is recommended to wear sandals that can be tied to your feet or waterproof travel shoes. Pay attention to cold protection and sun protection. Expensive clothing, shoes, and hats are not suitable for carrying.
2. Please properly store water-sensitive or valuable items such as mobile phones, cameras, watches, wallets, and jewelry. Loss or damage is at your own risk. The scenic area provides paid lockers (regular 30 yuan/unit, valuable 50 yuan/unit).
3. You must wear a life jacket and helmet as instructed by the staff, wait in an orderly manner for rafting, and strictly prohibit entering the water or removing safety equipment.
4. Dangerous actions are prohibited during rafting: Do not get off the boat at will, fight, grab floating objects in the water, or grass and stones on the shore. Please hold the safety rope tightly during rafting and do not extend your hands out of the boat; when passing a drop, tighten your feet and lean your body towards the center of the boat; if the boat capsizes, calmly get ashore or ask for help from a safety officer; if the boat gets stuck in a whirlpool, adjust your center of gravity, do not get into the water to push the boat, you can ask for help from a safety officer; if you feel unwell, stop rafting immediately and ask for help.
5. After rafting, it is recommended to drink hot ginger water to ward off the cold. Please bring your own change of clothes and toiletries. The scenic area only provides changing rooms and showers.
6. The elderly, young children, those who have consumed alcohol, those with an empty stomach, and those suffering from mental illness or physical disabilities are not allowed to participate.

[Kind Reminder] Before 9:00 PM on the evening before your trip, our agency will notify you of the guide’s name, mobile phone number, and pick-up location via SMS. People with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, pregnant women, disabled people, and those with acrophobia are not suitable for riding the Ferris wheel. Infants in arms, seniors over 70 years old, people with mental illness, heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, and those who are intoxicated or otherwise unsuitable for sightseeing are prohibited from going on the bridge/platform. It is strictly forbidden to carry sharp objects, blunt instruments, cameras, drones, flammable and explosive items onto the bridge/platform; large luggage is not allowed to be carried with you, except for wallets, handbags, waist bags, and mobile phones. People who are barefoot, wearing high heels, using crutches, in wheelchairs, or wearing metal-studded shoes are not allowed on the bridge/platform. Please wear special shoe covers to protect the glass surface. Please follow the staff’s instructions to queue up and down the bridge/platform. Crowding, pushing, fighting, chasing, jumping, throwing objects, playing in the water, and leaning on railings are strictly prohibited. When the number of people on the glass bridge/platform reaches its limit, please cooperate with staggered visits. In case of rainy or foggy weather, it may be temporarily closed. Please process refunds or reschedule immediately; in case of emergency, remain calm and follow instructions to evacuate in an orderly manner. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the bridge/platform. Those with children should look after them throughout the visit.

[Cliff Coaster Riding Instructions] Children under 1.35 meters tall and under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult to ride. Riding alone is strictly prohibited. Children under 1 meter tall (including 1 meter) or under 3 years old, as well as seniors aged 60 and above (including), are prohibited from riding this equipment.

[Canyon Coaster Riding Instructions] The following personnel are prohibited from riding this equipment: Children under 1.4 meters tall (including); Pregnant women; Seniors aged 60 and above (including); Intoxicated individuals; Patients with heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, mental abnormalities, or other conditions unsuitable for high-speed sliding projects; Disabled individuals and others deemed unsuitable for riding by on-site staff.
