We arrived at the Bergen cruise terminal on May 30th by cruise ship, and I booked this online at the last minute on May 27th... 👍👍👍 It's a very convenient 20-25 minute walk from the cruise terminal. 👍 We took a very stable yacht cruise, which was quite comfortable. Hot drinks and snacks were available for purchase on board, and you could pay by card or in Euros. There was also an English guided commentary. 👍 It's a shame it was foggy; otherwise, the scenery along the way would have been even more beautiful... 👍 The cruise ship is much larger, and sailing through Sognefjord is a different experience. 👍 At just over 2000 NTD (71 Euros), it's excellent value for money and highly recommended! 👍 The round trip was about 3.5 hours. Since our cruise ship had a return time limit, the 9:00 AM departure time was perfect for our needs. After disembarking at 12:30 PM, we still had time to dine and sightsee in the city. The place is nice and interesting. Some areas are under maintenance though. easy to book in Klook and no need to wait in line.

Very much worth it! The views were as promised. Ivan and Caroline were very good guides. They were patient despite me being 5 mins late to the meeting place. Linda was a terrific driver. Must do when in Bergen!

overall the itinerary and guide Elsa was not bad. nice lovely scenery. the bus was a little too cramped though. we were packed like sardines. Lunch was a cold sandwich bread roll with ham/cheese or shrimp or curry chicken … nothing fancy. They ran out of hot water, so didn’t really get a hot drink or soup.

Mario, the bus driver and tour guide, is highly experienced and has a great sense of humor. He kept everyone entertained throughout the journey by chatting over the mic, making this one-day tour fun from start to finish. If you ever come across a guide like Mario, you can certainly rest assured that you'll have a reassuring and memorable trip.

It was fantastic! The tour guide was very thorough with explanations and helped take photos. The fish soup was delicious, and the restaurant had a beautiful view. We saw jellyfish on the beach, enjoyed the scenery from the car, and the walking paths weren't difficult mountain trails, making it a wonderfully relaxing trip.

I actually booked the tour because of the aurora offer in the description. Unfortunately, until the end of the tour, the metric for aurora sighting was poor and we ended up not going for the sighting at all. Despite that unlucky part, this tour gives amazing experience for travelers who plan to visit Tasmania for the first time. We don’t speak Chinese at all, but tour guides always give English explanation in addition to pre-recorded English audio guide of each destination. If you are hunting for aurora sighting, make sure you’ve checked the possibility of seeing the aurora Australis before booking. Otherwise, just enjoy the beauty of Tasmania as covered by this tour.

it maybe that this is just a new offering and my guide was still unfamiliar with the set up but before and after the trip he insisted that he was not paid yet as the provider tagged my tour as "free". I gave him 20 euros after and just thought of it as a tip but it was confusing at rhe very least. Also we had some trouble communicating as he had some issues with English. As for the meal part only 1 main was covered. It was lovely but I didn't know what exactly ti expect given the vague description. Still a nice way to see Oslo highlights but could use some improvement.
