Awesome experience, perfect view up the mountain with biscuits and coffee. Appreciate the training session before the official start of the ride which gives you confidence on riding the ATV.

experience: It’s worth it although it’s pricey. The nature is beautiful. The sceneries from the flight, the views you got from cruise are truly amazing. We saw some dolphins swimming around the cruise, numerous waterfalls, steep mountains etc. They provide complimentary water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. There are food and drinks available for purchase at cruise. You can bring your own food on the cruise as well. Ours got postponed by 1 day due to weather, so you might want to leave a few days unplanned to reschedule if necessary.

The communication with this company was very smooth. They replied to emails quickly and patiently answered all my questions. On the morning of the trip, they proactively called to inform us that the flight was confirmed! Then they arranged a taxi to pick us up. The whole experience was seamless and went perfectly. I’m truly very satisfied and highly recommend this company!! The pilot was also super nice!

They said I wasn't there for the pickup, which is contradictory, but they still gave me an extra 10 minutes, so I was able to ride. If you're coming to New Zealand, you should definitely try it! I also wrote a blog review, haha.

An unforgettable experience! The person who assisted us is friendly and very knowledgable. Our original flight was cancelled due to the bad weather. However, we were rescheduled the next day and the weather was perfect!

I highly recommend this heli trip to everyone, definitely it’s a once in a lifetime experience and a highlight of your life, this is an experience that you can show off for the rest of your life, the view from heli is 10 out of 10! and a special thank you for Pilot as well, super friendly, good flight skill and made us can watch the glacier so close without any fear.
And I would also remind who joined this tour via Klook to pay extra attention on time, on the Klook booking, it didn’t mention the pick up time from Queenstown to the heli place, use my case as example, Klook booking confirmation marked 10:00am and pick up location is camp street at Queenstown, thanks for the heli company ‘s email, mentioned 10am at Glenorchy, so I am confuse and check with the heli company a night before and got the answer even it’s late night, I end up make the 9am pick up from Queenstown camp street, and make the heli trip, thank god!

Absolutely incredible experience. it was our kids first time seeing snow and what a way to do it! Our pilot was great. Showed us Remarkables but had some fun with the helicopter for us too. Took us to an area where there was plenty of snow for snow fights and to build a snowman. a wonderful experience - highly recommend.
