We are newlyweds☺️ On Tuesday, June 30th, we had a wonderful tour with our guide, Lim Yeon, who is like a daughter-in-law from Korea💕 There's a reason why Klook has so many positive reviews~~ It was such a fulfilling tour that the cost was absolutely worth it! Even though the weather was very cloudy, the scenery and sights were beautiful in a way you can't see in Tokyo☁️🤍 We were amazed by Guide Lim Yeon's passion, as she enthusiastically took photos for us at every stop on the tour! She even taught us how to pose for pictures, and she kept taking jump shots in front of the convenience store until we got the perfect one~! It was a tour where everyone, including couples, families, and friends, laughed and had a great time!! 🤭❣️Food Recommendations❣️The ice cream on the second floor of the cafes with a view of Mount Fuji is overwhelmingly delicious🍦❤️Lunch and souvenir shopping are optional and at your discretion~ My husband and I decided to try the unagi don (grilled eel over rice) and wagyu beef at the restaurant, and the unagi don was delicious and not at all greasy until the last bite! The wagyu beef was of excellent quality. Please note that portions in Japan tend to be smaller. We appreciated the guide's tip to grill kimchi with the meat😄 (The price is 3,000 yen including tax). Other menu items are available for 1,500 yen. It was great to be able to eat plenty of rice, kimchi, bean sprouts, and soup for free at the bar👍🏻 There's a souvenir shop on the first floor, and it's definitely cheaper than other places! The iced green tea and Shine Muscat jelly recommended by the guide are truly delicious, I highly recommend them😋 Also, try the sliced apples and peaches from the fruit stand🍎🍑 They were delicious as a snack! The dango🍡 was also savory and chewy, and very tasty😙 While personal preferences may vary, I'm writing this long review hoping it helps other Koreans~! It's a good idea to bring a hat, parasol, and water due to the strong UV rays🤗 If we visit Tokyo again, I'd love to contact Guide Lim Yeon personally for another tour😄😃

Best Guide Won Yang!!!!! Hakone & Mt. Fuji One-Day Tour Review 🗻 (feat. The Best Guide Ever) As the highlight of my Tokyo trip, I went on a Hakone & Mt. Fuji one-day tour. It was the most memorable day of this trip, and at the heart of it was our incredibly kind guide, Won Yang!!! From the early morning meeting point in Shinjuku, our guide greeted each person with a bright smile and took care of us. On the bus ride, they explained the history of Mt. Fuji and various sights and information about Hakone, so there was never a dull moment. It wasn't just about guiding us to places; they also thoughtfully provided detailed information in advance, like the best times to use the restroom and how long until the next activity, which made us feel very comfortable. The itinerary was packed, including a Hakone cruise and a hot spring village, making me wonder how it was possible to fit so much into one day. Yet, the guide's expertise ensured the schedule was well-distributed so we didn't feel tired. What was most impressive was their attitude towards people. They patiently waited for the elderly members of our group to match their walking pace and answered even small questions with a smile, never showing any sign of annoyance. On the way back, despite what must have been a tiring day, their bright voice and dedication to getting us back safely felt truly sincere. It made me realize how much meeting a good guide can transform the quality of a trip. If you're considering a Hakone & Mt. Fuji tour, I highly, highly recommend Guide Won Yang. This tour is mostly self-guided. The drive is about 2-3 hours each way, in a mini-van. You'll get amazing views of the sea and the seaside towns. As well as the chairlift up Mount Omuro and the Zoo. The Zoo is completely unique and I recommend spending less than an hour walking the mountain to spend more time at the zoo. It is a very large zoo and can be done in less than two hours, well worth the entrance fee. You get to feed the animals (capybara, peacocks, otters, penguins etc...). It was amazing how a lot of the animals are free roaming and its basically an open air play pen (mind the smell and watch for poop). He takes you early to the mountain because tourism crowds peak around noon. Overall it was an unforgettable experience. Also the tour guide doesnt wait for latecomers since he wants to get on the road to beat traffic, so please respect his time and everyone elses. Also bring lots of cash and 100 yen coins. They come in handy for the feedings.

Great experience! Laner Jin was an awesome tour guide, very knowledgable and helpful when we had questions! We got lucky with the weather today and Mt. Fuji showed herself to us a few times! She was playing hide and seek with the clouds but we were able to get a few pics with her. We also were able to pick up some souvenirs and even brought back some water straight from Mt. Fuji! The Gotemba Premium Outlets was a plus and we got to kill two birds with one stone with this day trip! Good stores and really good deals! Would definitely recommend if you want to sightsee and shop!

I did my tour with Serina and she is an absolutely lovely person that gives it at least 110% effort in order to make the journey as pleasant and as smooth as possible for everyone. I usually dislike tours like this to be honest, as the itinerary is either bad or tour guide not managing the group well enough in order for everyone being on time. Serina managed all of that excellently though and I would choose to travel with her again for sure. Had a great day, thank you Serina!

When planning our trip to Tokyo with the kids, I was very careful in choosing a tour. My choice turned out to be absolutely excellent. Meeting our guide, Kanazawa Seiga, was also incredibly fortunate. Our meeting point was Tokyo Station at 8 AM, and since our accommodation was in the Ariake area, I was worried about being late even though we woke up early to prepare and took the bus. However, I was so grateful that the guide kept in touch via KakaoTalk, providing updates, and even came to pick us up from the bus stop to the meeting point. Thankfully, we made it onto the bus right at 8 AM. During the journey, the guide smiled brightly and shared many interesting stories. I thought our second child wasn't paying attention, but it turned out they listened to everything the guide said and even recounted it to me, which made me proud. I thought we wouldn't be able to see Mount Fuji, but it was incredibly clear and visible, making this a truly satisfying tour. The guide also took many enthusiastic photos and provided excellent information, which was wonderful. I will definitely book this tour again next time! Thanks to you, it was a very happy tour.

This was my first time joining a one-day tour, and I was very nervous before we left, worried about getting a difficult guide. The day before departure, Klook provided us with the guide's information and contact details, and the guide answered all our questions, which put my mind at ease. Since there weren't many participants, our group was a combined Chinese and Korean tour. Our guide was amazing, speaking Japanese, Chinese, and Korean fluently! During introductions and explanations, sometimes he'd speak Korean first, sometimes Chinese first, showing no favoritism, which was fantastic! Besides doing an excellent job with his guiding duties, he also gave us little tips for traveling in Japan, like where to eat, the best places to shop, and must-buy items. He was truly a five-star guide! This wonderful guide was Kim Myung-cheol, and I highly recommend him!

lovely place which allows you to get up close and personal with a variety of animals. Boat ride was fun too but take note they only speak Japanese.

Easy to redeem! I recommend going in right when it opens so you can take photos of the kaleidoscope ceiling with fewer people. My large luggage was too big for the lockers, but I was able to ask the front desk to store it for me directly! There was no extra charge. On the way back, you can also take the shuttle bus to Atami Station for ¥200.
