We had a wonderful experience on this Fuji one-day tour. The tour guide were friendly, cheerful, and always full of positive energy. They provided clear and interesting explanations which made the journey even more enjoyable. We initially had some difficulty finding the meeting point at Ueno Station, as the directions to Ueno Park were a little confusing. Fortunately, the tour team was very understanding and allowed us to join at the next pick-up point in Shinjuku. We are especially grateful to the bus driver and both tour guides for patiently waiting for us even though we arrived slightly late. For Muslim travelers, halal food options were limited at the designated meal stop, but there were vegetarian options available. If those do not suit your preference, there is a FamilyMart and 7-Eleven just a short walk to the left, where you can find additional food choices. Thank you to the driver and tour guides for making this trip so memorable. Highly recommended!

we had a very pleasant journey to see Mt. Fuji in differerent angles! Our tour guide, Mitsuya (if I remember her name correctly) was incredibly knowledgeable, polite and engaging! Our lunch was also one of a kind with an amazing view of Mt. Fuji! Truly a great tour!

We absolutely loved our Mt. Fuji tour! The entire experience was smooth, organized, and truly unforgettable. Seeing Mt. Fuji up close—especially with its beautiful snow-capped peak—felt magical. The views were breathtaking and every stop along the way was worth it. Our guide was friendly, informative, and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. Travel time was relaxing, the itinerary wasn’t rushed, and we had enough time to enjoy the scenery and take lots of photos with the family. This tour gave us memories we’ll treasure forever. This Mt. Fuji day tour was excellent! Our tour guide was fantastic, knowledgeable, and fluent in English, making the day highly engaging. The transportation was comfortable, and the schedule was kept perfectly on time. We were lucky to get stunning, clear views of Mt. Fuji at all the key stops. Although the itinerary felt a little rush, we were able to capture good photos. Absolutely worth the money and a perfect way to see the Mt. Fuji area. Highly recommend this tour!

Foggy day.. No mount fuji insight. But we had a great time. For us, taking pictures it's just need a little time.after that it's shopping time.. This itinerary was great. All the places had shops and the lunch was very good (kobe beef shabu-shabu). So even though we don't see any Mt. Fuji, every other place we go was great. I went Mt. Fuji before with diffrent itinerary that led you all the best photo stop. But it's too crowded and the queue was insane. So better take this one if you need more experience with Mt. Fuji and took more souvenirs instead a Pic that everyone has.

The staff are all so kind! Since I was traveling alone and the Gotemba Outlets are so huge, I got lost and was wandering around. They contacted me using the phone number I had written in the memo when I first made the reservation, so I was able to safely take the bus back to my accommodation 😭. Thanks to them, it was an unforgettable trip, and the tour itself was also a lot of fun! I wanted to see Mount Fuji, but the weather wasn't good, which was a shame 😭. Still, I enjoyed hearing all the different stories along the way!! I highly recommend this tour to other Koreans!!!!

tour guide is so nice and easy to understand. We weren't able to see Mt.Fuji since it was foggy but we still got to see all the places mentioned. nice experience! also, we tried their beef. so good! must-try! you can also opt not to have a meal but eat street food instead in the town.

Easily one of the best tours I've experienced!! Tour guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly 🙂 The meetup location is easily accessible for anyone staying in the Tokyo area and the destinations chosen in the itinerary really showed off the beauty of the country, especially in local areas around Mt. Fuji. There is so much to see and explore at each of the destinations that it feels like there isn't enough time at each stop to take everything in, especially Shibokusa village and Lake Kawaguchi. I really loved the variety and quality of the lunch options - we chose the Japanese noodle set, which was special to that region, and it was delicious. Overall, this tour is worth every penny!

The overall itinerary was very good. Fortunately, the weather cooperated and we were able to see the entire Mount Fuji throughout the day. Xiaoye, the Chinese tour guide who came to support us, wasn't very fluent in his verbal introduction. The story about the volcano god was a bit stuck on the way, but it was acceptable. The introduction and enthusiasm of the English tour guide Meijiang in the same car was relatively exciting. There are too many people and crowds in Oshino Hakkai, so the experience is not very good. I don’t feel any loss if I just cross over and visit Sengen Shrine. Some of the food at lunch was okay, and the portions of udon were enough for a full meal. However, the seats arranged in the restaurant were too small. It felt very crowded if there were two people on the same side of the table, let alone a stranger next to me. The tour bus shuttled between the viaducts when it arrived at the second connecting point before leaving the city. Because it was high enough, I unexpectedly found that I could enjoy the beautiful cityscape of Tokyo in autumn and winter with ginkgo trees and maple leaves. This was also a very good feature of this itinerary. People who are too lazy to drive themselves can take a look. The exterior and interior of the vehicle are clean and bright, and the driving is energetic and not very old. The journey is smooth and comfortable.
