Omgosh! This was a long drive, but Mr. Jhon was amazing. We had a random stop for Potty Break and found some unique snacks. Hakone is so beautiful and green in June. The weather was perfect and we saw Mt. Fuji so many times.
Mr. Jhon was a fantastic driver and amazing at parking in tight spaces. He was very attentive and took pictures for us. He guided us along the way and offered suggestions when our plan didn't work out. He was very helpful and friendly.

Thankyou so much to Mr. Wang Jiaquan who drive me and my family safely from tokyo to fuji and all the way back, i just give him my destination list and his the one who guided the way and choose where to go first and all. even tho our comunication is limited because language barrier but he understand me well. Hope next time i visit japan, i can go to fuji with him again. Really recommended.
We had a great experience with our driver service. Our driver, Mochizuki, was prompt, punctual, friendly, and very professional. He communicated clearly and made everything easy for our family of nine. We really enjoyed our time in Kamakura without any stress. Highly recommend this service and would definitely use it again.

had a very pleasant trip with Jeff as our driver where he explained to us the best route to visit fuji this trip so that we could maximize the available time and also he helped us because we have elderly people so he placed a comfortable stop position to stop somewhere, I highly recommend jeff as a driver if you want to run this tour to go around fuji or tokyo 👍👍👍

A huge thank you to driver Jiang for the day's itinerary! Our family was able to smoothly visit major attractions in Tokyo's city center in just one day. The driver was very enthusiastic, introducing the historical background at each location, recommending suitable routes and restaurants, and carefully choosing parking spots closer to our destinations, providing us with large umbrellas. Although it rained lightly all day today, we had a lot of fun with the driver's smooth driving! Highly recommended!!

Vehicle Usage Instructions:
1.Timing Rules Vehicle usage time is based on the agreed time the day before departure, starting from the departure from a Tokyo hotel; if the trip ends at a scenic spot or station outside Tokyo, the driver’s return journey time will be included in the vehicle usage duration. (e.g., Group disbandment at Mount Fuji, Hakone, etc., is calculated as approximately 8 hours; group disbandment at Narita Airport is approximately 8.5 hours, both are charged as 10 hours.)
2.Overtime Fees Overtime beyond the vehicle usage duration will be charged at JPY 5,000 per hour, or JPY 2,500 per half hour (less than half an hour is calculated as half an hour). The fee must be paid to the driver on-site.
3.Regarding Traffic Jams Traffic congestion may be encountered during the trip. Please cooperate with the driver’s arrangements and suggestions; if overtime occurs due to traffic jams, the relevant fees still need to be borne by the passenger. Please make your decision carefully.
4 Itinerary Changes If adjustments are needed after the itinerary is confirmed, please contact us at least 1 day in advance; if additional costs beyond the original scope are incurred, the difference must be paid.
5.Billing Standard One-day charter is uniformly charged for 10 hours; even if less than 10 hours, it will still be calculated as 10 hours.
6.Child Seats and Luggage This service uses legally operating vehicles, and child seats are not mandatory under Japanese law. If needed, one child booster seat can be provided free of charge; from the second seat onwards, an additional JPY 2,500 will be charged per seat. Please make a note in advance when placing your order. Please note that a child seat occupies approximately 1.5 seats, which may affect seating comfort and luggage space. If the number of passengers or luggage capacity is exceeded, resulting in inability to board, the responsibility and costs will be borne by the traveler.
7.Vehicle and Service Scope The vehicle will be arranged on the day of dispatch with a similar class model (cannot be specified). The itinerary can be customized and needs to be submitted for confirmation when placing an order. Service scope: Within 300 km from Tokyo. Cross-regional (e.g., Mount Fuji + Hakone) will incur additional charges. Pick-up/drop-off scope: Hotels in Tokyo’s 23 wards / Airbnb / Disney Resort / Haneda Airport. Beyond the scope: Additional empty car fee of JPY 5,000–20,000.
8.Other Notes Driver information will be provided 1 day (at the latest 3 hours) before departure. An ascent fee (approximately JPY 2,800) must be paid on-site at Mount Fuji 5th Station. It is recommended to contact the driver via WhatsApp / WeChat / email (LINE may not be able to add friends in some areas, please send your personal QR code to the email address).
