Thanks to our guide Roy’a wonderful support and caring ,my first day in Bangkok was very satisfied while understanding the culture and history!Happily I was able to do everything I wanted to do on only one tour such as visiting the temple in Ayutthaya ,wearing the traditional clothes, riding an elephant and walking with a tige!I felt like the cost is so reasonable,the schedule was effective and the content was so much satisfying to get the incredible experience!Thank you so much Roy!The photos were also taken by her!!You are so kind,caring and supportive person!I highly recommend her and this tour!!!

Such a fun trip! The Thai outfit experience and the giraffe jeep photo at the Lion Park were amazing. Our guide Roy was the best—she even helped us out when we ran short on cash for the elephant ride and took beautiful photos of us. Note: The Lion Park is huge, so I wish we had more time there, but I understand the need to beat the Bangkok traffic. Don’t skip the local dessert at the end—it’s so good! Overall, a very convenient way to see Ayutthaya.

This was my first time in Bangkok, Thailand, and I wanted to do a day trip to Ayutthaya to see the historical sites and the zoo. I happened to see this tour and booked it. Today, when the tour started, there were no other travelers, just my friend and me. Our guide, Roy, and our driver, Joy, accompanied us to every attraction throughout the entire trip. There was absolutely no upselling, and they gave us plenty of free time. At key attractions, they explained things to us and even offered to take our photos! Most importantly, with the heatwave at 97°F (36°C), having an air-conditioned car was truly essential. Thank you! I hope anyone considering this tour will go ahead and book it! The zoo offers close encounters with animals, and the historical sites are magnificent. Highly recommended!

We participated as a family of three. The tour details mentioned (English/Chinese), which made us, who aren't comfortable with English, a little worried. However, our tour guide, OIL, spoke Japanese very well, so we were able to enjoy the tour without any concerns. OIL provided support in Japanese for things like purchasing zoo tickets, choosing and ordering lunch, and placing orders at the costume rental shop. Also, OIL took photos with a smartphone during the tour. The tour included the following locations in this order: Sea Ayutthaya Lion Park (zoo) → Lunch → Wat Phra Mahathat → Ayutthaya Elephant Camp → Wat Chaiwatthanaram (photoshoot with rental costumes). Taking pictures with lions and crocodile fishing at the zoo, and riding elephants and taking pictures with elephants at the elephant camp were very fun and memorable experiences. I thought you might be curious about the cost of taking pictures with the wild animals at the zoo, so I'll write a little about it. The fee to take pictures with a lion or liger is 300 [THB] per person. Since all three of us in our family took pictures with the lions, it cost a total of 900 [THB]. Each of the three of us took individual pictures with the lion, but thanks to the zoo staff's thoughtfulness, they also took a picture of our family of three with the lion. (The photos were taken with the zoo staff's camera and my smartphone.) (The photo taken with the zoo staff's camera was printed and pasted on a mount, which we received an hour later (the tour guide picked it up for us). The photo data was uploaded to the internet the next day, so we could download it from a QR code.) (There were 8 to 10 photo data files to download per person.)

First and foremost, a huge thank you to our tour guide, Roy! I was on the Ayutthaya Zoo + Historical Site Tour. Shortly after we set off, the car in front of us braked suddenly, and while our driver managed to stop, we were rear-ended by a truck! The back window of our car shattered, but thankfully, no one was injured. I initially thought our day trip was ruined, but after confirming that the situation couldn't be resolved quickly, Roy immediately contacted other drivers to pick us up. We first took a car to the historical sites, and the zoo visit was rescheduled for the afternoon. By the time we finished the first attraction, a new, larger vehicle arrived, essentially upgrading us to a premium ride (a blessing in disguise?). We then smoothly continued with the rest of our itinerary. Roy took photos for us at every stop, and his photography skills were excellent! At the zoo, he guided us to the optional paid activities, explained what to do, and arranged the show times so we wouldn't feel rushed. As we were leaving, he even gave us Ayutthaya dragon's beard candy to enjoy on the way back, which was delicious and unique! I'm incredibly grateful for his help; Roy was very responsible and friendly. Highly recommended!

We were lucky not to encounter any traffic during this trip, and our guide, Roy, was very helpful. He also introduced us to Thai culture and temples, allowing us to learn more about Thailand.

Choosing the tour was absolutely the right decision! It was incredibly helpful to have everything taken care of, such as purchasing tickets, visiting temples, and renting costumes, all of which would have been very difficult for us to manage on our own. The transportation was also smooth and very comfortable. Even though we couldn't speak English or Thai, our guide was excellent; they translated for us and took many photos! We were so glad we had Roy! If you're going to Ayutthaya, I highly recommend taking a tour!

The park is spacious with lots of animals and fun activities for families. We especially enjoyed the interactive experiences like feeding and photo ops. However, it would be much better if visitors were clearly informed about the additional fees for these activities upfront, as costs can add up quickly. Overall, a good place to visit, just plan ahead for the extras.

This time, I traveled to Thailand with my boyfriend on a free and easy trip. We wanted to go to the outskirts of Bangkok, where transportation is not very convenient, so we chose to join a Kool tour. The tour guide took great care of each member of the group, explaining everything in both Chinese and English, which helped us better understand the story of the old city. This was a great experience!

We had an excellent experience with our tour guide, Ptwo, in Thailand. The entire trip—from the zoo to the temple visits —was handled with great care and professionalism. Ptwo was lively and engaging, making every stop enjoyable and comfortable. His deep knowledge and clear explanations made the tour highly informative without ever feeling overwhelming. Everything was well-organized and ran smoothly, allowing us to fully relax and appreciate each destination. The food selections were also excellent—every meal was delicious and well-chosen, adding even more enjoyment to the overall experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun, seamless, and enriching tour experience.
