Our family of five, including three children, took our first trip to Thailand. Initially, we planned to book a group tour that covered Maeklong Railway Market, the Floating Market, and Ayutthaya Historical Park. However, after reading various reviews, we realized that a private charter would be more reasonably priced, so we opted for that plan. In conclusion, we are extremely satisfied with this choice. I communicated with our driver in English, using LINE and a translation app. He was very accommodating, handling our children's sudden restroom needs, helping us buy inexpensive coconut juice along the way, and recommending a great lunch restaurant. We added Maeklong Railway Market and the Floating Market to our Ayutthaya plan, extending it to 12 hours, which incurred an additional 800 baht. In Ayutthaya, we were able to visit five historical sites, including an elephant ride. Unlike a group tour, we could create our own family-specific itinerary and enjoy the plan without worrying about others. It was fantastic! If you are visiting the vast Ayutthaya ruins in Thailand for the first time, we definitely recommend a chartered car with a veteran driver to efficiently tour the ruins! We were picked up at 10:00 and it was an 8-hour course. It was easy for our family of three to travel, and we were able to efficiently visit the ruins we wanted to visit and the recommended temples, and we also had the opportunity to experience riding an elephant. As soon as we departed, a cat got stuck in the car on the highway, so we were two hours late to rescue it, but we were told to go to more ruins and more things over that time, but we were more than satisfied with just the recommended temples. We were dropped off at the entrance to the temple, and when we got on, we were picked up at the entrance at the right time, so we were able to go around easily without the hassle of moving around. We went to a recommended restaurant for lunch just before arriving at the Ayutthaya ruins. The atmosphere was very nice and the food was delicious. Chartered cars are more efficient and freer than going around in a group tour, so they are highly recommended for families with multiple people!

Easy to customise own itinerary. We chose 5 sites to visit in Ayutthaya in a 8-hour service package. Everything was communicated well via email. Hotel pick up was on time. We got a Toyota Fortuner which was clean & comfortable. Driver spoke decent English and was pleasant. We covered 5 sites & lunch ahead of time. The driver suggested to go to the floating market but we declined as it was a bit rushed to add this site & there is an entrance fee. We reached back to the hotel 30min before the 8-hour time limit. Overall, a good experience to see the temple ruins. Service package was also reliable. Highly recommended.

I definitely suggest to book this if you want a customized Ayutthaya Tour and not feel rushed at each location. We chose to visit 2 landmarks (Wat Yai Chai Mongkol and Wat Mahathat) + an amazing cafe (The Summer Coffee - Old Town). We were travelling with seniors so the pacing is comfortable for the group. Khun Somsak (our driver) was very helpful and drove safely. He even suggested a good lunch place and gave us tips where to book Grab when he dropped us off at Platinum Mall (we changed the drop off point from hotel to Platinum). I had emailed them in advance about the places I wanted to visit in Ayutthaya, so they smoothly adjusted the schedule for us. For lunch, they took us to the popular retreat cafe that I had mentioned beforehand. My daughter was thrilled with the stylish restaurant. First of all, I am very grateful that the local operator consulted with me many times when I applied for this charter. Since it was my first time in this area, I was very grateful because I didn't know the distance or time allocation. On the day, the cute driver who loves Japan took us around safely and efficiently, and we had a very enjoyable time. We decided to take a boat at the last minute at Khlong Lat Mayom Floating Market, but they were happy to change the meeting time so we could have a meal and were very satisfied. We narrowed down the Ayutthaya ruins to a few places and included Wat Paknam, but they showed us places that we might not have visited if we had gone there without knowing anything, and it became a good memory. This time, we only had one day to sightsee, so we were able to go to as many places as we wanted to go on the charter, and that was really good. Excellent service from TTD Global! They emailed me after I booked on Klook to ask for a detailed itinerary and etc, and also a day before to inform about the details of the driver and the car. I had a massage session planned out in the itinerary and didn't know that I have to make a booking at the massage parlour, but the driver already helped me to make a booking earlier which made really made the day! The car condition is clean and comfortable.

The driver, Mr. Soong, provided very good service and was very patient in helping us solve the problem. Although his English ability was average, he was still able to communicate effectively with the help of translation software! The Ayutthaya ruins in Ayutthaya are really beautiful and spectacular, and definitely worth a visit!
