The hotel is very clean, and the staff is super nice. I highly suggest every traveler give it a try. While the location is a little far from the city center, taxis and bikes are easy to get.

The Hotel and service is the best ever. The lobby ambience is very nice, food are so delicious. I love this hotel.

To be honest, we were a bit hesitant to book Mandarin Eastville at first—the photos looked a little too good to be true for the price. But wow, it completely exceeded our expectations! The hotel is spotless, looks brand new, and truly delivers a luxurious 5-star experience. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. Location-wise, it's just a quick Bolt or Grab ride away from all the major attractions, so getting around was super convenient. If you're specifically looking for a beachfront hotel, this isn’t it—but don’t let that stop you. The overall value and experience make it more than worth the stay. Highly recommended!

The staff were lovely, the breakfast was great and the room was very comfortable, with good facilities. We would stay again ☺️

Overall is on expectation. But it’s smaller than picture in the page. Interior and exterior are well decorated with new state. Room in Zen is above expected but smell a little. Breakfast is not good taste but can accept.
