We had a great family stay at Centre Point Prime Pattaya. Our kids absolutely loved the wave pool and spent so much time there every day—it was definitely the highlight of the trip and made the stay really fun for them. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We did run into a couple of small issues with the door lock and the plumbing, but the staff responded very quickly and fixed both without any hassle. Their prompt service was much appreciated. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. The combination of clean rooms, great facilities, friendly and efficient staff, and excellent activities for kids makes this a hotel we’d happily recommend to families. We would definitely stay here again.

Major downside is the location which takes 15 mins car ride to terminal 21. There's a hotel shuttle which needs reservation and run every hour. The room is clean and staff are friendly. The wave pool is great entertainment for young kids. Breakfast is generally good too.

The location of this place is excellent—it’s in a very good area and incredibly convenient for getting around. The amenities and overall experience are great, making it a fantastic place to stay. However, the elevators can be frustrating. You often have to wait a long time for them, both going up and coming down, so it’s best to plan ahead and allow extra time. Aside from that, everything else is wonderful. Highly recommended if you’re okay with the elevator situation!

location is good. it’s 10 minutes from terminal 21 shopping mall. they have free shuttle bus to/from terminal 21. The room is ok. They gave free cup noodles and bottle water 🤣 the wave pool and water slides are great.
