The hotel is quite a distance from Surat Airport, but it’s a nice place with great views. The ambiance is quiet, and there’s a restaurant where you can order meals. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean and spacious. We only stayed here for one night, but some tours to Khao Sok National Park can pick you up from the hotel and return. I booked this hotel because I had a tour to Cheow Lan Lake the next day. If you’re planning to travel from Surat Airport, you can book a van ticket at Panthip Travel on the left side of the airport upon arrival. The price is 330 per person, and you just need to say “Ban Ta Khun.” Make sure to use Google Maps while traveling so you can signal the driver to stop when you reach the corner. We had to walk from the main road to the hotel because the van doesn’t drop you off directly there. The hotel offers private car service to the airport, but it costs 1500 baht, pricey so I did not chose. Alternatively, you can book a ride with Bolt for a more affordable price. Alternatively, you can request the hotel staff to send you to the “Van Queue” for 100 baht per person. From there, you can book a van to Surat Airport. Alternatively, you can book a Bolt taxi from the “Van Queue” for easy pickup. The Bolt taxi fare is not more than 400 baht.
