Long Hostel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were spotless, cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided daily. Cam was fantastic to deal with—friendly, respectful, and incredibly accommodating. Even though we arrived at nearly 3:00 AM, she made sure everything went smoothly by assisting us through calls and messages. She also kindly allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout so we could do some last-minute souvenir shopping before our flight.
The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus and helped us save on our budget. The location is excellent, with everything you need just a short walk away. Great value, outstanding hospitality, and a place I’d happily stay at again. Highly recommended!

location is near ben thanh market (15 min walk) also which means near the city! miss lovely lady receptionist is very kind and welcoming as well. room is well airconditioned and beds are comfy. they just dont have elevator but it’s good for the legs lol

the rooms are big and clean. you have everything you need. it even has a hair dyer and ref. they cleaned and changed our towels everyday. their location is in the market, there are street stalls that are still opened late at night. there are coffee shops nearby and ATM. owners are very good and accomdating. they let us store our luggage for almost a day. thank you long hostel! 😊

My entire stay with this hostel was great. It has breakfast from 7-10 am and it was great (saves money for your trip). The room was clean and the staff that welcomes me was really great and my booking in klook has no problem at all. I would definitely would go back in here to book again during my stay in Ho Chi Minh.
