I would never go back. It was horrible. Disgusting everything in the room was disgusting and dirty. That whole hotel needs to be sanitize. Smells like piss everywhere. It’s horrible horrible horrible experience. It was my first time in San Francisco. Specially at the Hilton in San Francisco and it’s going to be my last time ever in San Francisco or at the Hilton.

The fact that the room was clean, they do have a restaurant around check in in case you want to start the festivities early as well as the staff is always friendly!

Overall, everything was very good and I enjoyed my stay. However, I was expecting to receive the complimentary breakfast benefit as a Hilton Honors Gold member. When I asked about it, I was informed that because my reservation was made through Expedia, that benefit did not apply. I understand that these are the program’s policies, but from a guest’s perspective, it is difficult to see the real advantage of booking through Expedia if any savings are ultimately offset by the loss of loyalty benefits upon arrival. This experience has made me reconsider future bookings through Expedia, and I will most likely book directly with Hilton in order to take full advantage of the benefits offered through the Hilton Honors program. That said, I appreciate the staff’s professionalism and the clear explanation they provided regarding the situation.

This place is not truly pet friendly. They charge you $100 to bring your pet but they will not allow you to leave your pet in your room alone. If you do, they will charge you an absurd amount of money. The restaurants in the hotel do not allow you to bring your pet. There is no place for your pet to “use the restroom”. The closest park is at least a mile away. I would not stay here again with my pet. Also, parking is over $90 per day and there is no other option nearby. The carpets are old and kinda gross in the rooms and hallways.

Staff is nice, rooms are ok, location is near public transit but isn't the best area. Overall, it was a good spot for a quick weekend trip

All very high standard, helpful staff & incredibly central location.

We arrived at the hotel and were disappointed to find that there was no parking available. As a result, we had to park quite a distance away and ended up spending an additional $100 on parking alone. When we reached our floor, there was a strong smell of marijuana and cigarette smoke throughout the hallway, which made the environment unpleasant. Additionally, the bathroom lacked a ventilation fan, which was inconvenient. Overall, these issues negatively impacted our stay. Worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at!

Suppplies were running on short side, otherwise everything else was excellent.
