Everything was good until the morning when they started working on construction at 6 AM and woke me up and I could not get any sleep after that. I was really upset that I could not sleep due to the construction being very loud and it wasn’t what I expected. I’ve never had an issue with noise, but this noise was unbearable and too loud right outside our window I would like a full or at least a partial refund

Very mediocre for a Hilton. Clean rooms but very thin walls in adjoining rooms. Toiletries not restocked when we got in the room. Staff unable to help with local questions.

Solo stay

I would definitely stay again at this location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I got to store my bags before check-in and explore Chinatown which is literally a couple steps away. I had a concert at the Chase Center which was such a short trip via the T line. The next morning after checking out I decided to go to Fisherman's Wharf which the bus was just short less than 5-minute walk away. Once again highly recommend! My room was a One King Bed with Balcony and City Views! Loved it!

Hilton Hotel in the Financial District is in an excellent location, with easy access to Chinatown, Downtown, and Little Italy. It's within walking distance of many great restaurants and attractions, making it a convenient place to stay and explore the city. The hotel is on the older side and is currently undergoing renovations in some areas, but this did not significantly impact our stay. The staff was pleasant, professional, and helpful, and the valet parking service was convenient. Overall, it's a great choice if you're looking for a well-located hotel with easy access to San Francisco's most popular neighborhoods.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast place was way overpriced, but there was good breakfast places in the area. Rooms are tiny and cramped and could here the adjoining rooms talking cause the walls are thin.
