Great location in Bukit Bintang. close to monorail station, but Grab was easy to hail and cost effective, so we used that. Close to Lot10 shopping centre and Pavilion. Breakfast and tea break included in our package were decent. Only issue is that we discovered used tissues under the bed; despite informing the cleaner a few times, these were left there. Areas not under the bed were ok.

amazing stay! 3pm - 5pm has free high tea session too, the food is simple but enough to fill up tummy! the swimming pool club is nicer at night!

great location walking distance to major malls and lots of food. Room is a bit dark though, as we are traveling with old folk would have prefer it to be brighter other than that everything is good.
