The check-in time was late at 9pm, and I tried to negotiate with them to have it done earlier, but they didn't do it. I would like to be able to at least negotiate for an earlier check-in time.

No elevator, so not good for elders. Staff allow someone singing Karaoke loudly overnight till 6:00am, so barely sleeping.
