I really enjoyed my stay at Centara Watergate Pavilion. The location is perfect if you’re in Bangkok for shopping. It’s walking distance to Platinum Mall, Big C, and other shopping spots. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating, which made my stay even better. The breakfast is tasty with plenty of options, and the room is spacious and clean. It’s perfect for relaxing after a day out. Highly recommend if you want a hotel near the shopping areas with good service and comfortable rooms.

Welcoming staff. Clean and well equipped room. Manager assisted us with check-in. Breakfast was good with a variety of western and Asian options. Check-out was smooth and the manager offered to hold our bags while we shopped. We will stay here again if we return to Bangkok.
