Fantastic

Stayed with family

The people here were great and the hotel is well located near the British Museum, theaters, restaurants galore, and public transit. My sister had a scooter for mobility, and although I had not prebooked it, they graciously gave us an accessible room. And they were very attentive to her needs, lifting the scooter up the front steps and finding us a different path out to the street. They went above and beyond.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was excellent for exploring London. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
