We had a 2 bedroom appartment room 49, the floors were extremely dirty both the carpet and the linoleum. There was broken glass fur/hair balls. The baby was filthy after crawling on the carpet. The lino in the kitchen and bathroom needs to be scrubed not just mopped over. Very disappointed.

ensuite and second bedroom was locked as it was just the 2 of us. This meant we had to use the main bathroom and we had to stand in the bath to shower which we hated. The bath enamel was flaking off. There was also a rotten smell coming from the ensuite great location room otherwise brilliant. Great staff and parking

Great location for Rod Laver arena and Flinders Lane restaurants. Spacious apartments, floor 7 was quiet with limited noise from the street. This end of Melbourne cbd is expensive for accommodation

Very clean apartment. Had been renovated, but still needed a little bit more. ( eg. Gaffa tape over the oven door hinge.) Staff very friendly & helpful. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen. Plenty of space in apartment.
