Horrible. Dirty room, smelled like cigarette smoke. Fridge was broken. Bathroom filthy. No cutlery. Only thing decent and clean was the bed. Won't stay here again!

Massive shopping complex nearby. Chadstone Shopping Centre

Room was very clean and tidy. Peter was very polite and helpful.

Facilities are quite deteriorate. There was always a cigarette stink in the room every day

No WIFI. Asked the person in the reception didn't share it , send him messages but no reply. No light iin main bed room No power point next to main table, how to use my laptop anyway, besides no WIFI anyway)

Poor bathroom, very mouldy. Overall very noisy, and felt unsafe from the outside world, corridor doors to the outside were always open and people would come in and start yelling.

Room was clean and reception was pleasant.

Couldn’t fault them (just needs a hand towel rail in the bathroom, more pillows, and firmer pillows).

Property very outdated, in need of repairs. Timber work around windows and doors have wood rot, and possibly termites. Sign on dining room gives opening times. On enquiry was told dining facilities have not been available since 2002. Room cleanliness ok excepts for dust and cob webs on all skirting boards. Could only access 1 channel on TV. Requested assistance, from staff, 1 person who had trouble understanding problem due to not understanding of English. Contact was made with Manager via phone (had the same problem. Eventually solved in time for bed.

Bed good. Room fittings old and worn out. Telephone did not work, so could not call reception. Generally scruffy.
