The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a certain receptionist who was very good with his English and also made sure our request was filled correctly. I also loved our room. It was pretty spacious and clean. For me, it's a little distant from the busiest city areas but you can always take a cab if you don't like taking more than 10min walks. Certainly coming back to stay more in our room 😂

This was the best 2 bedroom suite my family and I ever booked! I like the feel of the room. The AC is cold which is very rare in Vietnam. It feels like a resort and is very spacious. I like the idea of bunkbed as my teenagers are able to have their own little space and still feel cozy. The bathroom is so spacious for all your needs. It also has a microwave which is perfect for reheating leftover takeout food. The location is accessibe to the convenience store, coffee shops and whatever you need. The mall is near yet too hot to walk though, but since Grab is very cheap, would recommend to take the Grab which is so easy to hail.

I really love fusion suites saigon SO SO MUCH. The staff were acoomodating, the place was so cosy, i really enjoyed sitting outside for some drinks at night and in the morning for some food. Small selection for bfast but it was good enough. Massage was fantastic as well. One of my best hotel stays, i really love my room as well, i really loved hanging in the hotel that i grabbed my bfast/ dinner q regularly to the hotel.
