Hotel location is perfect. A lot of attractions and shopping areas are within walking distance. The room is clean and the staff were courteous and accommodating. Also enjoyed the breakfast. They have a wide selection and I particularly liked the pho station. All in all, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely consider staying here again the next time we visit.

great location, central to most of the tourist attractions. staff were helpful and friendly but there were still some communication barriers. Liked also the fact that there was a small gym. Lowlight was that the rain shower kept dripping when the shower head was being used. The holder of the shower was also loose - had to shower with water spraying at an awkward angle.

I had a wonderful stay at Liberty Central Saigon Citypoint. The hotel’s location is truly one of its biggest advantages. It’s just a short walk to Ben Thanh Market, and the area is surrounded by plenty of cafés and convenience stores, which made everything very accessible and convenient. We arrived earlier than the standard check-in time and also had a late departure flight. The staff were incredibly accommodating and granted our request for a very early check-in and late check-out. This made a huge difference in our comfort and overall experience. Their hospitality and willingness to assist really stood out. Overall, we had a smooth and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City for its prime location and excellent customer service.

Cannot stress this enough but amazing location, super convenient and easy to walk to the main attractions in District 1. Pool as pictured, they have a gym and breakfast! Lovely staff that speak English. Note that they will ask for a refundable deposit at the start of your visit. Amazing crab noodle place right next to it and some great foodstalls across. Convenience store (7-11 and K-star) nearby. Had a great stay

The place is cozy and clean. The staff were accommodating and approachable. We are thankful to the hotel staff special mention to Treit. He was really helpful with our big luggage and bags during our last day. Hoping to stay here again next time.
