overall ok. food need some improvement, breakfast buffet need some improvement too from selected or choice of food. At night, if u wish to lock entire access door to access stairs to the room, please kindly advise your guest earlier. last Saturday night, it’s heavy rain, twice need to back n forth from other location to another location to access the stairs. and reception was empty. until need to call hotel ( no from google) to ask where we can find another access to back to our room. which is this is not totally acceptable and convenient. plus, the floor quite slippery and dangerous. we almost fall. Staff need more friendly, professional, smile. Parking need to improve. first come first serve yet, not enough for guest in house.
