Had such a great family stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Melaka! The room was comfy and clean, staff were super friendly, and we really enjoyed the pool and kids club. One of our best stays in Melaka — definitely coming back again!

I wished the blinds at the shower area can be rolled down since we can’t selectively only on the toilet light. without the blinds, the lights from the bathroom would be too bright for the room at night. the tv is also not a smart tv so you can’t mirror what is playing on your phone.

service: Front Desk, Concierge & Housekeeping department were friendly, polite & efficiency. cleanliness: The bathroom shower glass was freshly sealed with frosted film so that guest unable to see the bedroom. My suggestion is to use the switchable glass hotel location: our hotel is just walking distance & opposite of the shopping malls (Mahkota Parade & Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall) breakfast: there were Malay, Indian, Chinese & Western cuisine. Slightly dissappear with the Roti Bakar station cause the chef did not toast it freshly upon order. The chef toast and display at the plate for the ease guests
