My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, though most of our time was spent exploring the city rather than at the property itself. Since it was our anniversary trip, I requested some decoration at the last minute, and we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful arrangement — a cake, fresh fruits, and flowers beautifully placed on the bed. The heartfelt letter from Mary added an extra touch that made us feel truly valued.
Throughout our two-day stay, the staff were consistently courteous and helpful, ensuring we felt well taken care of. The only downsides were that the room felt a bit small for the price, and there was a minor issue with water leakage near the sink and toilet.
