Our stay in Sapa, Vietnam was absolutely wonderful! The hotel exceeded our expectations, and one of the highlights was their breakfast buffet—it was delicious, with a good variety of choices, and very affordable. What truly made our experience special was the exceptional service from the reception staff—especially the male receptionist. He was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and always ready to help. He suggested great places to visit around Sapa and even helped us arrange transportation to different attractions, making our trip smooth and stress-free. Because of the excellent service, comfortable stay, and great food, this hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapa. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is modern and clean, completed with heater and heated mattress. The water heater works well and the breakfast is more than enough to start the day. Big applause for the owner who are willing to wake up at 4.30 AM to open the door for us. He also arrange the private car for us and make sure that everything's OK. The location is only 8 mins walk to Sun Plaza. Pls don't hesitate to stay here!

Great for the price. The service was outstanding. We arrived early and Martin allowed us to check-in early since I am not feeling well and let us check out late. The room was so clean and super worth the money. I will definitely recommend the hotel and come back again. Thanks again Martin.
