hotel location: location wise just a minute walk to sapa station. breakfast:they serve good breakfast transport access:very accesible you can book taxi or grab they

perfect. enjoyed our stay. highly recommended.

service: the service was good, very nice staff hotel location: just behind sun plaza and has a view of the train cleanliness: some molds in the bathroom tiles and water leakage stain on the walls but aside from that, it’s okay.

room is spacious, staffs are nice, the view is really beautiful, the breakfast is also good. very accesible

Booked this hotel because of the photos showing the monorail view from the hotel, and I’m glad I did. I originally booked two standard rooms for three people without air conditioning. We arrived in Sapa at around 8 AM and were welcomed with a free drink. The staff offered us an early check in and suggested upgrading to one larger air conditioned room for 1,150,000 VND, which also included free breakfast. We decided to take it. The room was clean, the beds were huge and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Free toiletries were also provided. Breakfast was good, and I especially loved their pho! The location is convenient and just a few minutes from the center. We actually just walked to Sun Plaza. It is also right beside Lado Homestay and Viettrekking Hotel, which are often fully booked. After checking out, they also allowed us to leave our luggage there while we went on our tour, which was really helpful. I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Sapa.

the hotel needs some renovation. the bathroom needs a separation from toilet and bath. the floors in the bathroom is always wet bec theres no separation. BREAKFAST should have variety not the same everyday. we were there for 4 days havingvthe same breakfast. location was good.

We really enjoyed our stay in Vietnam despite some flaws along the way. We got the location we wanted, monorail spot and mountain view. Thanks for the good weather as well. The breakfast was simple but had a variety of options to choose from. Good thing was a breakfast with a mountain view. The staff were responsive and willing to help. They even assisted us in communicating with our Grab driver, which was a big help. Our only disappointment was that the swimming pool was not ready to accomodate guests during our stay. Hopefully, it will be available and fully operational. That is one reason why we considered to book this hotel. Aside from the comfort and beautiful views, we were looking forward to enjoying the amenities during our stay. Overall , we had a pleasant stay.
