the hotel is clean and facilities are new. Staffs are nice but location is a bit inconvenient, it’s hidden in an alley, not in the main road so it takes longer to find the location for grab drivers. but in general the stay was good, just the humid smell was a bit strong in the room

Great place and great service! Very accessible be ause it’s near Pratunam area. Thank you sir Freeze for the good customer service! Staff was very friendly and treats all tourists/guests fairly. The room was very clean and feels brand new, I loved it. We also availed their breakfast buffet, everything was good!

We stayed at Hotel Bangkokian from December 14–22 for our honeymoon, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful—modern, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. Our room felt special and welcoming, making our honeymoon even more memorable. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff. Everyone was kind, friendly, and attentive, making our stay completely hassle-free. Special thanks to Thip (Manager) for the warm hospitality and smooth coordination, Freeze, our favorite admin—for being incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with, and Prik, who checked us in and instantly made us feel welcome. Their genuine care and excellent communication made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. We’re so grateful to the Hotel Bangkokian team for being part of such a special chapter in our lives. Highly recommended, and we would love to stay here again when we return to Thailand! 🇹🇭✨
