Very accommodating staff. Helpful in bringing our things, cleaning our room and even heating pur food lare into the night. the check in and out is cery seamless and the location is very near the shopping areas. the room service food is the best we've had. The small ref had a bit of mishap causing our food to go spoiled but that was fixed within the day before we returned. We want to be back again

The hotel was really nice and nestled within a quiet street, just a short walk from the main road. There was ongoing construction outside along the road during our stay, but thankfully, we couldn’t hear it at all from the hotel. The staff were so accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast was also really good, with a nice selection of food. The location was one of the best parts. It’s about a 15-minute walk to CentralWorld, Platinum Fashion Mall, Big C Ratchadamri, and Platinum Pop (where Tofu Skincare is located) Pratunam Night Market is also only around a 10-minute walk away. There’s also a 7-Eleven nearby, which was very convenient. The best part for us was how close it was to ARL Ratchaprarop Station, about a 3-minute walk! This made getting to and from the airport really easy. It’s also convenient for getting around Bangkok, with the Airport Rail Link connecting to BTS via Phaya Thai and to MRT via Makkasan. Would definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

Had a wonderful 2-night stay at Hotel de Bangkok! The staff were incredibly courteous, attentive, and accommodating. They upgraded my room and even kindly kept a package my friend left for me before my check-in—such a thoughtful gesture! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet alley, so it’s peaceful with minimal road noise, yet still easily accessible by car. The location is also very convenient, with the Airport Rail Link within walking distance, and Grab/Bolt readily available for getting around Bangkok. The lobby was lovely and smelled amazing! I also enjoyed the breakfast buffet—just the right selection for a good start to the day, with everything freshly prepared and delicious. Overall, one of the most pleasant hotel stays I’ve had in Bangkok. Great service, comfortable rooms, and a convenient location. I’ll definitely be staying here again!

my family enjoyed our stay at Hotel de Bangkok. It is really near at everything. The construction of the MRT made it difficult to book for a ride using bolt or grab but other than that, everything is good! 🤞
