The property had an amazing view. Food could be better. but overall a good luxury budget hotel

The hotel pool has two water slides, not too big, which is nice. You can see it directly from the room, and there are lifeguards on duty. The only downside is that there's no covered walkway between the hotel buildings. It happened to be raining when we went for breakfast, but luckily a staff member had an umbrella and escorted us.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! The place was absolutely stunning and very relaxing. The photoshoot was an amazing experience, definitely a 10/10 — highly recommended!

The best accommodation during my 10-day trip to Phuket. The happy hour fruit was really delicious, and I liked the mango at breakfast. The pool water was deeper than other places, making it great for playing, and the resort had a sentimental design. The room and indoor slippers were the most comfortable. There were quite a few bugs due to the landscaping around the pool, but the sunset at Surin Beach was the sunset of a lifetime. I think it was more beautiful than Guam.

You'll feel that the price is beyond worth on the experience, all staffs are friendly and hospitable. Excellent ammenities and service provided.

great hotel and location. friendly staff. easy access for all the locations. provide all the services such as taxi, bike rental and tourism at the lobby.

Excellent hotel but far away from airport or other attractions

The stay was amazing! staff is really friendly and helpful. I’ll extended a night there, but the second room had a noise sound (of AC) coming from outside the room.
