Hotel provides bus shuttle pickup from and drop off to the kensai airport. However, it required to inform in advance with the hotel for airport pickup eventhough has booked the hotel stay with shuttle service. The shuttle pickup is at Terminal 1 arrival hall S-12 (hotel buses and group bus pickup stop). It is the last bus stop on the left side (after bus stop H) as you walk out from terminal 1 arrival hall door facing the road for limosine buses. Hotel room is clean and well maintained.

Beautiful hotel with amazing manga all-around, this was a great last-minute stay we booked just before our flight. Staff was very helpful. Close to Rinku Markets, loved it there!
