The climb up Mount Batur was, without a doubt, one of the best experiences I've ever had in Bali. Watching the sunrise from the summit is absolutely unforgettable and a memory I'll cherish forever. I want to extend a very special thank you to our guide, Asta, who was simply the best we could have asked for. He was extremely friendly, professional, attentive, and made the entire experience even more special. In addition to accompanying us throughout the whole process, he took care to capture incredible, truly professional-quality photos. Thanks to him, we have fantastic mementos of this unique moment. I 100% recommend this experience, and if you have the opportunity to do the tour with this guide, don't hesitate. He was, without a doubt, an essential part of making this adventure perfect!

gede was a good guide and expert navigator. told me the best places to be and times to be there. escorted me thru lines. was patient and helpful. the tour was great the fire show was may different than I expected and I loved it. it displayed a rich acted out story with drama and fun.

Oh, what an experience! We had a magical time right from star gazing, to watching a beautiful sunrise to therapeutic hot springs and mesmerizing view from the Akasa Cafe. Our drivers were nothing short of perfect, Bey (car driver) and Koming (Jeep driver) were two of the most awesome people we met! So humble and precise! They made the entire journey a smooth ride! Koming was really helpful throughout the jeep ride and also a wonderful photographer. He even managed to borrow a phone tripod from someone as we forgot to bring one! And Bey, though a young man of few words, was quite informative and has some kickass indonesian playlist. And amongst all the options we saw, this was the most value for money! 10/10 recommend!

Absolutely incredible day — ask for Pal! We had the most amazing day thanks to our guide and driver, Pal, who is genuinely one of the best we've ever had. From the moment he picked us up, he was friendly, funny, professional and made us feel completely at ease. His English is great and he shared so much about the local culture along the way. The ATV quad ride was an absolute blast — muddy, thrilling and so much fun from start to finish. And the rafting was just as unforgettable: beautiful scenery, great rapids and a super safe, well-organised experience. Honestly, a perfect day from beginning to end. We had an incredible day exploring Nusa Penida with Ngurah Lokantara as our guide. The highlights were definitely Diamond Beach and Kelingking Beach — the cliffside views and crystal-clear waters were even more stunning in person. Ngurah was very professional, patient, and easy to communicate with. He knew all the best viewpoints, made sure we never felt rushed, and helped us take plenty of great photos. The whole itinerary was well-paced and we got to fully enjoy every spot. If you’re planning a trip to Nusa Penida, we 100% recommend booking with Ngurah. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

This was such a good tour. We even got a coffee/tea tastning for free. We had the best guide named Gede, he was so patient and did everything in his power to make our trip as good as possible! Would highligly recommend this tour if you like active activity. the food was also really good for lunch. We moved acording to pur tempo so No rush at all.

This time, we booked a 10-hour car charter for a private tour of Ubud. Our destinations were Ubud Palace, Ubud Water Palace, Rice Palace, and Tirta Empul Temple, with hotel pick-up and drop-off included. Along the way, our guide, Asthara, recommended a stop at a Luwak coffee plantation, where we enjoyed a coffee and tea tasting. Our driver-guide, Asthara, was wonderful; she patiently answered all our questions and shared insights about various spots, recommended shops, and local culture. Her driving was also very careful. The journey from Tirta Empul back to our hotel was long and the traffic was heavy, but she drove diligently until the very end. Although we went a little over the 10 hours, she handled it gracefully without any sign of displeasure, which we greatly appreciated. Approximately four hours of the 10-hour trip were spent on the round trip to Ubud. However, we thoroughly enjoyed every stop, and the travel itself was pleasant and comfortable. We are very satisfied and would definitely like to use this service again when we return to Bali.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent experience in Nusa Penida! We loved this trip and it definitely deserves 5 stars! The entire organization was excellent, including the transfers between Sanur port and the hotel, both for arrival and departure. Our guide in Nusa Penida was spectacular: very friendly, attentive, and willing to slightly adapt the itinerary to our interests, which we greatly appreciated. Another major highlight was the transportation during the tour. We did the entire route in an electric car, which was extremely comfortable and in much better condition than average. The only negative point was the sea transport. Although we all paid the same ticket price and there were no assigned seats, to use the seats on the upper deck, it was necessary to buy a drink for 50,000 IDR per person. We considered this extra charge exaggerated and unreasonable. Even so, it was a fantastic experience and we totally recommend it! 🌴🌊🇮🇩
