The tour guide was friendly and responsible, and the itinerary was rich and varied. We didn't have to worry about transportation, and lunch and cable car tickets were included. We were lucky that the weather at Zao Okama was clear on the day of our visit, making it well worth the trip!

The driver was very responsible and drove smoothly. The tour guide was also very kind. That day, we first went to Zao Okama, but unfortunately, the weather was bad, so we couldn't see it. The tour guide kept reassuring us. Later, the weather cleared up at the Zao Ropeway Station. In the afternoon, we went to Ginzan Onsen, and the weather was also very good. The tour guide at Ginzan Onsen explained everything very thoroughly and carefully, which made the experience even more meaningful for us.

The timing was perfect, and we had plenty of time at each attraction. I was pleasantly surprised that the tour even included lunch and cable car tickets! The lunch was delicious and not just a quick bite. Our tour guide was very friendly. Overall, I'm very satisfied!

Had a great experience overall! The tour was conducted in Chinese/Japanese (and I know this prior joining lol), but the guide, Fang Chi, was incredibly kind and patient. She made the effort to communicate with me through Google Translate, which I really appreciated and made me feel included throughout the trip. The whole group was well taken care of, and the ride was very comfortable. The locations were quite far from each other, so we spent less than 2 hours at each stop, but it was still enough time to enjoy the sights and experience the places, especially if you’re short on time and want to see multiple spots in one day. Would definitely recommend for travelers who want a convenient and hassle-free way to explore.

Our tour guide was Xiao Yang, and she was very friendly and enthusiastic! Thank you for accompanying us all day! We went in late April, and the weather was still very cold, especially at Zao Okama where it was very windy. Make sure to bring warm, windproof clothing. Luckily, there was a visitor center where we could rest and escape the cold! The lunch portion was generous and delicious.

Tour guide Kei was responsible and attentive, and the itinerary was very rich. I've wanted to visit Ginzan Onsen for many years, and the one-day tour with round-trip transportation was very convenient. The Yamagata-style lunch was also quite substantial!

First, our tour guide, Ms. Wang, was very enthusiastic and polite. The entire day trip was very interesting, showcasing everything from the delicate beauty of spring to heavy snow, all in one day. Ginzan Onsen was smaller than expected; you could actually walk through it in under an hour.

My first visit to Ginzan Onsen two years ago was met with a breathtaking blizzard. I was stunned by the beauty but also frozen by the temperature. Although I enjoyed the purest essence of Taisho Romance, the heavy snowfall prevented me from taking many photos, leaving me with only one picture and a lingering regret. This time, I decided to revisit with my camera to recapture those memories. Without the overwhelming snow and bustling crowds, I could better appreciate the retro charm of the place. I finally got to see the waterfall I missed last time, explore the mine I hadn't visited, and browse the small shops I couldn't properly explore before. Ginzan without the snow offered a different kind of serene elegance. This dream-fulfilling trip finally allowed me to make up for that beautiful regret from years ago. A special shout-out to the incredibly generous and delicious set lunch; I even thought it was extravagant. The plating was truly a work of art, and I thank the travel agency for their thoughtfulness.
