hotel nice, staff nice, everything nice

We checked on during public holiday for 3d and 2n, 2 adults and 2 children. Check in process was smooth and quick. Room was spacious, well equipped with steam iron, hair dryer, bath tub, great air conditioning, comfortable bed and pillows. Staffs were friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet was quite good too. We fully utilised the gym and swimming pool. It is located by the beach, literally walking distance. We paid RM 25 for a set of 4 camping chairs and an umbrella. There were ample parking spaces, going in and out of the hotel was a breeze. The only drawback I would say is that the room was not spotless clean, quite a lot of hair on the carpet and floor which could use vacuuming. The pool could also be cleaner. Overall, we had a great and relaxing stay at Birkin Hotel.

Nice hotel. Breakfast was the best. There was a slight flood in the toilet because the drain wasn't working properly; it was a bit clogged. We had to take turns using the toilet, waiting about 15 minutes between uses. Overall, it's one of the best hotels to stay at in Melaka.

One of the best things about this hotel is the easy parking, which makes the stay more relaxing and hassle-free. The breakfast provided is delicious with many choices, and the price is very affordable for the quality offered. The staff are also friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, this hotel gives a pleasant experience with good facilities, great service, and excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
