I spent three unforgettable days in Western Sichuan. The tour really exceeded my expectations. The hotel pick up was smooth and seemless. I was the only foreigner in my group of 7 and everyone was so welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel included. The driver/guide was great and professional as well. The itinerary was well planned with plenty of time at the various spots visited. Accommodations were great, especially the Tibetan guesthouse on the second night. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to discover Western Sichuan and see the the incredible landscapes.

The hotel's pick-up service saved us the trouble of getting up early to rush to our destination. As soon as we got in the car, we received a travel essentials gift bag with a U-shaped pillow and eye mask – very thoughtful! In late May, the plants in Western Sichuan were lush and green, and there were surprises and beautiful scenery along the entire route; we couldn't take enough photos! Our driver, Mr. Zhang, was very responsible and drove smoothly. He knows Western Sichuan very well and shared many interesting local customs and stories with us along the way.

The best way to experience the vibrancy of Jinjiang River. There is something to see or hear on every corner. Take note that the narration is all in Mandarin, but there are plenty of visuals and live performers for you to enjoy.

Communication was very good with clear instructions on how to get to the centre. Quick responses from the agent for any clarifications. Had a great insights & experience on what's behind the scene in taking care of the pandas.

Our tour guide, Mr. Chen (陈导), was exceptionally polite, patient, and professional throughout the trip. He was highly knowledgeable and provided insightful explanations about the history, culture, and significance of the places we visited. His clear and engaging commentary greatly enhanced our experience and helped us gain a deeper appreciation of Chengdu. He was always attentive to the needs of us and provided excellent service. Thanks to his dedication and warm hospitality, I was left with a very positive and memorable impression of Chengdu.

The three-day, two-night trip to Western Sichuan was very satisfying. It's often said that the most beautiful scenery is on the road, and that's absolutely true. On the first day, the driver picked us up around 7 a.m. to take us to the meeting point, and we departed from Chengdu at 7:30 a.m. The vehicle was a comfortable van with comfortable seats and charging ports. However, the last three seats were not as comfortable, so the driver specifically asked everyone to rotate. The teammates were very friendly, enthusiastic, conscientious, and punctual. We laughed, took photos of each other, and the atmosphere was excellent. The driver, Master Xiao Wei, was also very responsible, driving safely and making us feel very secure. He was also very friendly and would use drones and SLR cameras to help us take pictures and record beautiful moments when appropriate. The first night's hotel was the Ming Sheng Boge Zhizhen Hotel in Xinduqiao. The rooms were spacious and clean, but the heating was slow, and the breakfast was simple with limited options for vegetarians. The second night's hotel, the Xing Shan Ji Hotel, also had comfortable and clean rooms, and they specially changed the hot pot to a vegetarian one for us, which tasted great. Very grateful! From November 15th to 17th, the weather was cold and the altitude was around 4500 meters, making it easy to get altitude sickness. But seeing the golden light on the snow-capped mountains made all the hard work worthwhile! Thanks to Master Xiao and all the teammates, you added a lot of beautiful memories to our trip! If you want to go to Lenggacuo, I highly recommend this travel agency!

We departed on April 27th. The wind at Yuzixi was still strong, but the driver provided us with U-shaped pillows and eye masks, so we just dozed off on the way and arrived before we knew it. Lenggacuo requires a short hike, and at an altitude of 4500 meters, walking slowly is fine. When my husband, who's usually very stoic, saw the reflection of the snow-capped mountains, he even said, "It was worth the trip." Throughout the journey, I felt that even though the distance was still long, every time I saw the scenery at our destination, all the fatigue from the road disappeared. I highly recommend everyone experience the beautiful scenery of Western Sichuan. After spending too much time in the city, nature truly is healing!
