Tianfu Square tours

I was already eager to give a five-star review by the halfway point of the trip. The scenery along the way was beautiful, and the driver was very kind. They were extremely welcoming toward foreigners and offered me a lot of help. I don't regret joining this tour at all. If I ever come back to China, I would definitely participate again.

Communication was very good with clear instructions on how to get to the centre. Quick responses from the agent for any clarifications. Had a great insights & experience on what's behind the scene in taking care of the pandas.

Our tour guide, Mr. Chen (陈导), was exceptionally polite, patient, and professional throughout the trip. He was highly knowledgeable and provided insightful explanations about the history, culture, and significance of the places we visited. His clear and engaging commentary greatly enhanced our experience and helped us gain a deeper appreciation of Chengdu. He was always attentive to the needs of us and provided excellent service. Thanks to his dedication and warm hospitality, I was left with a very positive and memorable impression of Chengdu.

Kuanzhai Alley has lots of snacks, perfect for strolling and eating. Du Fu Thatched Cottage and Wuhou Shrine really benefit from a guide; with one, you can gain a deeper understanding. This time, we just walked around on our own, but we did manage to eavesdrop on someone else's tour for a bit. By evening, Jinli was beautifully lit up, with red lanterns hanging everywhere, and the lively atmosphere of the snack stalls came alive. It feels like the people of Chengdu are all so relaxed and easygoing. I really love the vibe here; everyone seems so at ease.

I was informed to take the shuttle bus from the bus stop near IFS building but the shuttle bus did not appear. apparently it is miscommunication that customer service not aware that shuttle bus is not operating due to painting work. we have to take didi to rush to dongmen wharf. the ride is only 30 mins and not 50 mins as what we expected and please bear in mind that sunset time during summer is 8-8.30pm so book accordingly (the lights look better in dark)
