Quiet in a busy area. Many restaurants and massage options nearby, with good quality. Friendly and professional service staff. Full of holiday feeling~

I was truly impressed with my stay at this hotel — it exceeded all expectations, especially for such an affordable price. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The bed was super comfortable, and the overall ambiance made it feel like a much more expensive stay.
What stood out most was the value for money. The service was top-tier — the staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The location was convenient, and the facilities like the pool, gym, and restaurant made the stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel facilities are very good. I plan to stay again with my family in September, but unfortunately I have not been able to successfully pay on the platform. It is still in the processing stage. I sincerely hope that the problem will be resolved as soon as possible.

The price, environment and service are all great, except that it takes a little longer to get to the city center and the elevators are not fully open. I'm not sure if it's because of the earthquake a while ago, but it's actually okay, just chill 🤙🏼

booked the deluxe with club access. worth the upgrade because of the happy hour. .the room is perfect and clean. location near Nana Station and they have free shuttle service.

Room is fairly clean. Location is near to most of the malls and downtown. We enjoyed our stay.
