absolutely lovely place to stay in for a number of nights, communal baths are really good, staff are friendly and rooms tidy. Wi-Fi stable connection. everything really good

Great centrally located hotel! Very clean and good amenities. Staff was great during check in but ever other action felt as though I was unconvincing them but it didn't take away from our stay.

probably the best room we stayed in for the whole trip but sadly it was only for one night. Will highly recommded it for anybody coming to Kyoto

Conveniently located near a bus stop and Kyoto Station, making it easily accessible by bus from the airport. There's a convenience store just around the corner, and even if you don't book breakfast at the hotel, there's a Western-style breakfast restaurant nearby that opens around 7 AM.

The staff provides excellent service and allows luggage storage. The single room is just the right size, not too small. The hotel is located opposite Kyoto Station, at the back exit, making it convenient for travel.

Located just 2 minutes from Kyoto Station, offering extremely convenient transportation. Check-in and check-out procedures are simple. The public bath is excellent, and rooms also have bathtubs. Package receiving and luggage delivery assistance to the airport are available.

lovely little hotel, great space, nice breakfast and really nice staff. can’t ask for anything more really. as a bonus nicely located, especially if you have LUUP, you can take the bikes all around Kyoto.
