Everything was totally Amazing. The arrangements from Hanoi to Halong Bay, boat transfer, food and the surprise for us as well. We went for honeymoon and they surprise us with a cake. Nancy is very friendly and her service is good. Will recommend to my friends about Aspira Cruise

it was an amazing experience on a cruise at Halong Bay. wanted to book Venus but was full and was offered Diana with a top up as it was a new boat. cabin was nice. The booking agent Ms Elodie was really helpful in pre and post booking to ensure logistics and communication. recommended !

what an Amazing experience. A Massive thank you to jasmine and Ducky for the incredible professionalism and hospitality shown. jasmine has a great sense of humour and is incredibly good at every aspect of her job, she has a skill for faces and names and made you feel like you had known her forever, her singing is also the best! Ducky was also equally amazing he looked after us, there was nothing that was too much trouble. thank you Ducky. The cruise its self was very relaxing amongst the limestone mountains of Ha la bay, and Ha long bay.The food is exceptional and fresh Dinners amazing and i really appreciated the extra effort they went to for my birthday! The rooms on the ship are massive with great air-conditioning and anything you need the crew are only too happy to oblige. theres a cooking glass on the upper deck if your so inclined to teach you how to make spring rolls and happy hour and sunset party before dinner adds to the atmosphere. i was sad to leave the mon cherri i wish i booked the 2 night cruise. but i had a fantastic time anyway onboard "mon cherri 2" Thank you

unforgetable expereince The staff, especially the front desk team, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. Our room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, and the convenient location was perfect for exploring the city. We had a wonderful experience and highly recommend

It was a memorable 2D1N cruise. Our guide Tommy is very attentive and addresses all our needs. Keeping us informed of upcoming activities and making sure everyone is ready. The cruise manager and his crews also made us feel at home on the cruise. Food is superb. Fine dining on a cruise 👍

the stops at souvenirs shop during the transfer to and from Hanoi are awkward and could have been skipped. The junior suite that we stayed in is lovely but housekeeping need to be improved. Water heater's cable was broken, shower water heater only gave hot water, dust spotted everywhere. Room 301 has lovely balcony but it was located at the back of the boat, so gasoline smell can be overwhelming.
