I booked a premium hanbok rental through Klook for me and my husband. Then I booked the makeup and photography through Instagram. Reservation was very easy and they were responsive on Instagram. We came in at a busy time so it was very chaotic at first but the staff were able to help me with the Hanbok fitting, hair, and makeup. The Chandeokgung palace is just a block away and that was where we met up with the photographer and had the photos taken. We only wore the costume for 2-ish hours due to the heat outside. It was a great experience and the photos turned out really great! Another plus is they have 2 really adorable and calm shop cats 🐱. I recommend this shop for Hanbok rentals.

Our tour guide was Philip, and the tour was absolutely fantastic! It was very diverse and interesting, with plenty of time at every stop to explore and enjoy the sights.
What made the tour truly special was Philip himself. He shared so many fascinating stories and interesting facts, kept us laughing throughout the day, and made sure we were never bored with his enthusiastic and entertaining personality.
On top of that, he took amazing photos of us at every beautiful spot, giving us wonderful memories to take home.
We had an incredible day and would 100% recommend this tour, especially with Philip as your guide! Thank you, Philip, for making this experience so unforgettable!

I visited right when the store opened, and there was no crowd, so I was smoothly guided in. Even though it was drizzling that day, they said rentals were still possible without any issues! The staff member was incredibly kind and thoughtfully suggested outfit coordinations, providing truly wonderful customer service. They had a wide variety of traditional Korean dresses, from simple to elaborate designs, and many options for hair arrangements and accessories, making the selection process very enjoyable! This shop also provides costumes for idol-related content, so I'm sure you'll find your favorite outfit here!

We had a wonderful day with Jenny as our tour guide. It was very hot, and the pace of the tour was quite high! Jenny constantly checked to make sure everyone was doing okay in the heat. Thanks to the fast pace of the tour, we were able to see a lot in one day. Definitely recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Experience
I had a great experience and highly recommend this.
I was unfortunately late after missing a subway stop and getting lost, but the team was very understanding. The photographer was professional, friendly, and helped me feel comfortable by chatting with me during our walk to the photo locations. Since I was traveling solo, feeling shy, and had just landed that morning with little sleep, I really appreciated his kindness.
He guided my poses throughout the shoot, regularly checked if I was happy with the photos, and even encouraged me to speak up if there was anything I didn’t like. I also appreciated the extra time he spent taking additional photos.
The staff member who helped me choose my hanbok and style my hair was wonderful and very kind.
There were so many beautiful photos to choose from, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. It was one of the highlights of my solo trip, and I would gladly book again when I return w/ family or friends. 😊

If we could give them 10 stars we would! Follow the signs for the artist hanbok on the 3rd floor. I was worried about finding a Hanbok in my size as I am 5'10" (178 cm) but they clearly had the largest store in town and I found one that fit perfectly. They were high quality and steamed. They point you to your size section and you select the top and bottom you like. We did the hair and makeup with 3 hairstyles to choose from, and loved the results! My makeup artist did the mannequin under eye makeup which I felt aged my western features but she fixed it for me. There's lockers and you can keep your clothes on or take them off under the hanbok, very grateful I didn't wear mine it was hot.
Our photographer 奈良 was incredible, efficient, professional, and spoke mandarin with my friend who translated for me but even without that I understood his gestures and posing instructions easily. Our photos are wonderful, we're so happy he captured our friendship and individual poses so beautifully.
