- For your comfort and safety, each passenger is allowed to carry up to two pieces of luggage, each weighing under 20 kg, with dimensions not exceeding 50 × 40 × 20 cm
- If your luggage exceeds the standard allowance mentioned above, an additional fee equal to 50% of the adult fare may be charged per extra piece
- Excess baggage fees must be paid on-site upon boarding. Please prepare cash, as card payments may not be accepted for this fee
- Oversized luggage, such as bicycles, is not permitted on the bus

We booked and used the service for three family members from Gangnam to Incheon Airport. The Korean Won exchange rate was unfavorable during our trip, so booking and paying in advance through Klook allowed us to get a good deal. When I showed the voucher to the driver, he looked a bit confused for a moment, but we were able to board without any issues. I had brought a paper voucher, which he collected.
Perfect. The bus is on time, and the seat is spacious and comfortable. Just present your QR voucher to the driver. That's all you need.
The price was reasonable, and it was easy since we got to the airport directly without any transfers.
Perfect experience with no issue
I showed the QR code before boarding, and the driver replied, "It can't be used!" My phone was with the driver for the entire trip. The driver must have found a way to validate the ticket along the way. Although he tried to scan it when we got off, after it failed, the driver took a picture of our QR code and let us go.
It seems not every driver fully understands the QR code ticket verification process. Although we eventually arrived at the airport, the back-and-forth communication took quite a bit of time.
